NYU? Well, why not?
New York University has a chance to make NCAA Division III history this Saturday by potentially becoming the first program to secure victories in both the men’s and women’s championships in the same season. This opportunity comes after both teams emerged victorious in their respective semifinal matches on Thursday night.
The NYU women’s team extended their winning streak to an impressive 61 games as they secured a spot in the title game with a convincing 74-55 victory over the University of Wisconsin-Stout in the semifinals held in Salem, Va.

The top overall seed takes on Smith College on Saturday at 4 p.m. in a rematch of the 2024 championship game which NYU won 51-41.
