The Obama family shared a glimpse of togetherness this Thanksgiving by releasing a rare family photo to commemorate the occasion.
On Thursday, both former President Barack Obama, 64, and former First Lady Michelle Obama, 61, appeared in a joint social media post with their daughters, Malia, 27, and Sasha, 24.
‘During this season of giving, let’s do what we can to give back to the communities that have given us so much,’ the Obamas captioned the post.
“From our family to yours, have a wonderful Thanksgiving!” they captioned the post.
The photograph captured the family dressed in soft pastel shades, embracing one another as they celebrated the holiday.
Barack wore a relaxed outfit featuring light gray trousers and a crisp white button-up shirt, posing casually with one hand in his pocket.
Michelle donned a pair of white wide-leg jeans with a floral printed top before finishing the look with a lime green cropped cardigan featuring delicate cutouts on the sleeves.
The loving mom had her arm around her eldest daughter, Malia, who wore a very light yellow cut-out wrap dress, which was tied around the middle.

Sasha also donned a stylish ensemble, wearing a low-rise white skirt with cutouts and a green and brown belt.
She paired the look with a red cropped shirt and a blue denim jacket.
Thousands of comments were left under the post, with followers loving the family picture.
‘That color palette is just stunning,’ one fan gushed.
‘The girls are beautiful! Lovely family,’ wrote another.
Others couldn’t help but notice how similar the girls looked to their parents as someone observed: ‘Ya’ll each have one child.’
The new picture of Michelle comes just days after the podcast host sparked weight loss rumors, with some implying she has used weight loss drugs such as Ozempic after showing off her slim figure.
In a post sharing a behind-the-scenes look at a new shoot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, the author flaunted her trim frame as she posed for the camera.
The family snap also comes after months of speculation regarding the Obama’s marriage, with divorce rumors plaguing the couple, who have been married for 33 years. Pictured in 2009

In the clip, she confidently wore a dark gray collared tee with a slight V-neck and distressed blue jeans. She completed the look with a thick brown leather belt that matched her brown suede boots, while a wind machine dramatically blew her hair back.
The mom-of-two showed off her toned arms in the tiny tee, with a flash of her taut stomach seen in her high-rise jeans, looking relaxed and confident.
However, people immediately flagged the former First Lady’s trim look, with people taking to social media to discuss her look.

Michelle has often shared her discomfort over life in the White House and hinted at politics often being a barrier in their relationship.
Last month, she admitted that she struggled parenting with her husband while he was President, insinuating his commitment to politics impacted his role as a father.
Michelle made a snide comment regarding the former president during an episode of her IMO podcast with a barbed comment that politics will ‘suck’ the life out of parenting.
The author was talking to guests, NBA legends Stephen Jackson and Matt Barnes, when the latter mentioned potentially dabbling in politics – but expressed his concern about how it would affect his parenting.
‘Do you think you might get into politics?’ the former first lady asked.
‘I could, I love politics,’ Matt, 45, replied, adding he’s particularly interested in helping create policies that help low-income areas and initially wanted to be the mayor of his hometown by 50.
However, the former Golden State Warriors player acknowledged the commitment it takes.
‘I have a six-year-old and 11-month-old [and] 16-year-old twins,’ he continued. ‘So daddy duty is first and foremost.’
‘Absolutely,’ Michelle quickly responded. ‘Politics will suck the life out of that,’ in what appeared to be a pointed barb at her spouse.
