Over the weekend, Oprah Winfrey was seen leaving a gym session in Santa Barbara, radiating health and confidence. The 71-year-old media powerhouse, who recently made headlines for showcasing her trimmed figure, opted for a casual yet stylish gym ensemble.

Winfrey wore a simple white T-shirt paired with a cozy gray zip-up hoodie, complemented by sleek black leggings. Her choice of attire was both functional and fashionable, topped off with a pair of crisp white sneakers.

Adding a touch of practicality, she kept her chocolate-brown hair neatly in place with a black headband, while a pair of round eyeglasses perched on her nose. True to form, Oprah made sure to stay hydrated, carrying a sizable blue water bottle as she made her way to her car.

In addition to her workout essentials, she carried a chic brown leather pouch, a subtle nod to her impeccable style. Oprah continues to impress with her remarkable weight loss journey, exuding a sense of vitality and grace.

Additionally, Winfrey carried a brown leather pouch while out and about as she continued to flaunt her dramatic weight loss.

She previously confessed to using Ozempic as ‘a tool’ to manage her weight.

In late 2023, the Mississippi-born superstar revealed how she shed pounds by making a lifestyle change.

‘It’s not one thing, it’s everything. I intend to keep it that way,’ she told Entertainment Tonight at the time.

Winfrey previously insisted that she had not turned to weight loss drugs. She opened up about body image while speaking at a panel in New York City for Oprah Daily’s The Life You Want series in September 2023.

‘I don’t know that there is another public person whose weight struggles have been exploited as much as mine,’ she reflected during a conversation with Weight Watchers CEO Sima Sistani, psychologist Rachel Goldman, and obesity specialists Fatima Cody Stanford and Melanie Jay.

She noted she once thought, ‘I felt I’ve got to do this on my own because if I take the drug, that’s the easy way out.’

Shortly after the panel, the Color Purple star confessed about using GLP-1 medication, ‘I now use it as I feel I need it, as a tool to manage not yo-yoing.’

‘It quiets the food noise,’ she revealed to People in December 2023.

Winfrey will open up about her lifelong struggle with her weight in the forthcoming book Enough: Your Health, Your Weight, and What It’s Like to Be Free, written by Dr. Ania Jastreboff, MD, PhD.
