Orlando Bloom posts cryptic messages after Katy Perry split

Orlando Bloom appears to have a new lease on life.

The actor from Britain shared messages about embarking on “a new beginning” and making “that first step” on his Instagram Stories on Monday. These posts followed his separation from Katy Perry after being in a relationship for nine years.

Bloom, 48, first shared a quote from Buddha, reading, “Each day is a new beginning. What we do today is what matters most.”

He followed it up with another Instagram Stories post quoting Japanese author Daisaku Ikeda.

“The important thing is to take that first step,” the text read. “Bravely overcoming one small fear gives you the courage to take on the next.”

Although it remains unclear what Bloom was specifically alluding to, he was observed at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s lavish wedding in Venice, Italy, unaccompanied on Friday.

The “Lord of the Rings” actor was “partying hard” to the point of getting “sweaty,” a source on the scene told Page Six.

Additionally, he supposedly spent time with his close pal Leonardo DiCaprio before the celebrations, and both mingled with the Kardashians and Sydney Sweeney at their hotel after the event, according to TMZ.

On Saturday, Bloom and Sweeney, 27, were photographed taking a stroll in Venice together alongside Tom Brady.

The star-studded wedding weekend was over by Sunday when the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star was photographed headed to the airport.

Sánchez, meanwhile, made sure to let Perry know she was thinking of her. After the 40-year-old singer insinuated she was in a good “mood” on Instagram as her ex partied without her, Sánchez commented on the post, “We miss you Katy,” with a heart emoji.

Bloom and Perry share 4-year-old daughter Daisy Dove. News of their split broke just days before the actor attended the Amazon founder and the former journalist’s $50 million wedding alone.

But the breakup was said to be a long time coming. A source exclusively told Page Six earlier this month their relationship was on the rocks.

“It’s over,” the source said.
