The Pacers are moving on.

Indiana beat the Cavaliers 114-105 in Cleveland on Tuesday evening, securing their spot in the Eastern Conference Finals for the second year in a row. Despite the Cavaliers making a late-game effort and narrowing the gap to just three points in the final two minutes, the Pacers held on for the win.

Tyrese Haliburton, the star player for the Pacers, had an impressive night with 31 points on 10-of-15 shooting from the field. Indiana dominated the second half, outscoring the top-seeded Cavaliers 62-49.

This victory paves the way for a possible Pacers-Knicks rematch in the conference finals, a matchup that hasn’t occurred in 25 years. It sets the stage for an exciting and highly anticipated showdown between the two historic teams.

The Knicks lead the Celtics 3-1 in their series with Game 5 set for Wedneday in Boston.

Should the Knicks and Pacers square off in the Eastern Conference finals, the Knicks would hold home-court advantage with Games 1 and 2 taking place at Madison Square Garden.
