Pam Bondi's brutal three-word response to Democrat governors

Donald Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi hit back at Democrat governors who refuse to deport illegal immigrants.

Immediately after Bondi, 59, took office, she announced lawsuits against New York, its liberal leaders, Illinois and the city of Chicago.

Bondi contended in the documents that their sanctuary laws disrupt Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) ability to apprehend and expel undocumented immigrants.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul fired back, calling it a ‘worthless, publicity-driven lawsuit’ and vowed the state would not back down.

Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker said the lawsuit was ‘garbage’ and promised his state would put up a fight.

He contrasted Illinois’ approach with that of President Donald Trump, asserting that while Illinois adheres to the law, Florida may tolerate such actions, given that the head of the Department of Justice hails from there. Bondi further emphasized Illinois’ resilience and determination, warning Trump of the formidable challenge he faces by confronting the state.

Bondi issued a stark warning to the Democrat governors on Friday during an interview on Fox News.

Bondi defiantly stated, ‘Challenge accepted,’ reaffirming their commitment to safeguarding Americans. He questioned the sincerity of those who claim to be tough and determined, challenging their priorities in prioritizing the protection of illegal immigrants over U.S. citizens.

‘Not going to happen under Donald Trump’s administration. We will find illegal aliens, and we will deport them in Illinois, New York, and other states, and you better comply with federal law, or you are going to be next.

‘We have spoken loud and clear. We are sick and tired of Americans being murdered and these states protecting illegal aliens. Talk to the family of Laken Riley and all of these other young women and men who have been murdered by illegal aliens. And let’s see what you think then when you want to protect them.’

Bondi has been taking immediate action to implement Trump’s agenda after being sworn in as Attorney General.

Her lawsuits take on states that administration believes are prioritizing illegal immigrants over U.S. citizens.

The lawsuit focuses on New York’s so-called ‘Green Light Law’, which permits undocumented immigrants to get driver’s licenses while blocking federal immigration agents from accessing the data.

The attorney general said the head of the state’s DMV was specifically included in the group they sued personally because of the ‘Green Light Law.’

The lawsuit argues the law dating back to 2019 is a ‘frontal assault on the federal immigration laws, and the federal authorities that administer them.’

Hochul called the move smoke and mirrors and a routine civil action from the Justice Department over a law that has been upheld ‘time and again’ since it passed.

‘Here are the facts: our current laws allow federal immigration officials to access any DMV database with a judicial warrant. That’s a common-sense approach that most New Yorkers support,’ Hochul said.

Bondi has warned that the Justice Department is also ready to go after other states they believe are not complying with federal law.

The Trump administration is planning a bold new border crackdown that would let officials instantly expel migrants over fears they could spread dangerous diseases like tuberculosis.

Internal documents obtained by CBS News revealed plans to resurrect the controversial Title 42 policy – the same measure Trump used in 2020 to shut down the border during the Covid pandemic.

Border crossings have plummeted by a staggering 90 percent since Trump’s inauguration, with Border Patrol now recording fewer than 300 illegal crossings per day, according to Border Patrol chief Mike Banks.

This comes as Trump removed his top immigration official after failing to arrest enough illegal immigrants.

Caleb Vitello, the acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was reassigned on Friday.
