And joining the champion drivers who will step out at the Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne this year are their supportive wives and girlfriends—aka WAGS.

Carlos Sainz started his relationship with Rebecca Donaldson in 2023, with the pair first becoming an item last June.

The 28-year-old Scottish model has been sighted at races with her beau, including at last year’s Las Vegas GP, which he came incredibly close to winning.

Donaldson has appeared on the covers of high-end fashion magazines like Vogue and Marie Claire since winning a beauty pageant aged 17, when she was a student at the prestigious Perth Academy.

Kelly Piquet

Kelly is the daughter of three-time Formula One champion Nelson Piquet who was at the height of his career in the 1980s.

She and Max announced in December they are preparing to welcome their first child together, with Kelly already sharing daughter Penelope, five, with a previous partner.

Kelly, 35, has had a varied career, working as a fashion model, stylist assistant, public relations professional, blogger, and Marie Claire columnist. 

In 2015 she took a big step out of the fashion world and became a social media manager for Formula E, the leading electric car motorsport championship.

Kelly’s first ever boyfriend was reportedly Antonio Pedro Marcondes Ferraz, although little is known about him.

They were engaged in 2012, just a year after they got together, but they called off the betrothal in 2013.

Her most high-profile relationship was with former AlphaTauri (now RB) driver Daniil Kvyat. 

Kelly and Daniil are said to have met at various F1 events in 2017, the same year they got into a relationship.

In July 2019, they had Penelope but split up just five months after that.

Alexandra Saint Mleux is a TikTok influencer who stole the heart of her beau, Charles Leclerc, over a year ago—with the two having made their first public appearance in March 2023.

Lily Muni He and Alexander Albon are a sporting couple match made in heaven. 

Lily, 25, is professional golfer from China, who plays on the US-based LPGA Tour, while Alexander, 28, has been praised for his success in racing.

As reported by NBC Sports, Lily was introduced to golf when she was only five-years-old, by her father.

She grew up in Vancouver, Canada before moving to the US, and now is based in Los Angeles.

In 2018, she opened up about her strategy for success throughout the Q-Series – not paying attention to her ranking during or after any of the final stage of the LPGA’s qualifying tournament.

Oscar Piastri, 23, enjoyed an impressive debut season on the grid in 2023 as he racked up 97 points and secured a creditable ninth-place finish in the drivers’ standings.

The Australian’s private life has generally been kept quiet since he came into the F1 world, but he has shared snaps with his childhood sweetheart Lily Zneimer on social media.

In their most recent snap together, the pair could be seen on a trip to Japan.

The pair met at school and have been dating for nearly five years, with Zneimer regularly supporting the Australian at events.

She is reportedly still a student and the pair were also snapped together at the Autosport Awards last year.

Carmen Montero Mundt

Carmen Montero Mundt has been in a relationship with George Russell, 26, since 2020 – and as reported by GP Blog, the couple happily live in Monaco together.

According to the outlet, 27-year-old Carmen has previously worked in finance – as an investor relations associate at Ruffer LLP in London – but recently announced that she is going back to studying.

The driver’s very glamorous girlfriend – who is originally from Spain and moved to the UK aged 18 – has a business degree from the University of Westminster.
