Patrick Schwarzenegger Won’t Watch ‘The White Lotus’ Incest Scenes With His Family: “I’ll Definitely Take A Bathroom Break”

Patrick Schwarzenegger won’t be watching his White Lotus incest scenes with his family.

The child of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver made an appearance on today’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, where he discussed the episode of the popular Max series that made him feel the most anxious for his parents to see.

Shriver, addressing her son through a video message, joked, “It seems like you’ve been nervous about every single episode for me to watch. You always claim, ‘That’s not me! That’s just a prosthetic!'”

She was referring to Patrick’s nude scene in Season 3, Episode 1 – a moment he admitted was challenging to watch with his family.

“It was a little nerve-wracking watching the first episode with my whole family because I do take some clothes off,” he said. “But I think some upcoming episodes I’m gonna watch without them.”

If there does happen to be a family viewing party moving forward, Patrick said he’ll “definitely take a bathroom break” during the raunchy scenes, noting that the next episodes are “crazy.”

The actor was likely referring to his character Saxon’s threeway with his younger brother Lochlan (Sam Nivola) and Chloe (Charlotte Le Bon). Not only are the two brothers prompted to kiss one another, but a fuzzy flashback in Episode 6 also shows Lochlan helping Saxon masturbate as he’s losing his virginity to Chloe.

While his parents have yet to say anything about the incest plot, Arnold did comment on Patrick’s nude scene.

“I was so pumped to take a break from filming to celebrate @patrickschwarzenegger at the White Lotus Season 3 premiere,” he wrote on Instagram. “What a show! I could claim to be surprised to find out he has a nude scene, but what can I say — the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.”

The Drew Barrymore Show airs on weekdays on CBS. You can check the website for local airtimes.
