The creep in a “Scary Ghost Face” sweatshirt who raped a woman at knifepoint in Queens was busted this week, police said.

Rody R. Morales Cu, 20, was arrested by the NYPD’s Special Victims Unit on Tuesday night in connection with the frightening assault on a 50-year-old woman in Jamaica that occurred at 3 a.m. on Friday, according to the police.

He was charged with rape and sexual abuse, both in the first degree, according to a criminal complaint.

The victim was walking home at the corner of 162nd Street and 89th Avenue when her attacker came up behind her, cops said.

Morales Cu allegedly placed a knife against the side of the woman’s body and demanded that she be quiet, according to the court document.

During the violent attack, the victim managed to use her cellphone to call a family member. However, the assailant seized the phone, shoved her to the ground, and sexually assaulted her, as outlined in the complaint.

The victim’s family member soon arrived at the scene and screamed for help, prompting Morales Cu to take off, according to the complaint.

Wearing a shirt depicting a ghost holding a knife and the words “Scary Ghost Face” in red lettering, Morales Cu fled in a southerly direction on 89th Avenue, according to the police.

The victim was hospitalized in stable condition.

A handcuffed Morales Cu wore a “DJ Cobra” t-shirt as he was walked out of the 115th Precinct station house Wednesday night by two detectives.

Morales Cu was ordered held without bail during his Thursday arraignment, with his next court appearance set for Friday. If convicted, he could spend up to 25 years behind bars.

“Rody Morales Cu is accused of accosting a stranger on a Jamaica street in the early morning hours of April 11 and then raping her,” Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said in a statement.

“The brave survivor called a relative, who quickly came to the scene and scared the defendant away. I thank our partners at the NYPD for quickly apprehending the suspect and the survivor for coming forward.”

The heinous sexual assault marks Morales Cu’s first arrest in the Big Apple, cops said.

Sources say Morales Cu hails from Guatemala, though his immigration status was not immediately clear Thursday.

His last known address is a few blocks from the scene, according to police.
