() Singer D4vd’s home was thoroughly searched by the Los Angeles Police Department’s homicide unit late Wednesday evening as they tried to connect Celeste Rivas Hernandez to the property and the singer.

Celeste Rivas Hernandez, 15, was identified Wednesday as the victim whose remains were discovered inside a Tesla at a Hollywood tow yard Sept. 8.

TMZ’s Charles Latibeaudiere told “Banfield” that police were looking for anything resembling “blood evidence.”

“They were checking drains to see if there’s any blood evidence or blood or tissue that was in the drains there,” he said. “So they did a scouring of this house, looking for any evidence.”

Police told TMZ that the home was “about a block, block and a half” from where D4vd’s Tesla was parked before it was towed away.

“We know that Tesla is his,” Latibeaudiere said. “The thing that’s still not clear is who was actually driving the Tesla when the body was placed in the car? Who parked it where it was eventually found and impounded? Those are the dots that still need to be connected here.”

D4vd’s had song leaked that mentions Hernandez twice

D4vd had leaked a song that mentions Hernandez multiple times, according to Latibeaudiere.

The track, which leaked on Soundcloud in December 2023, was titled “Celeste_Demo unfin.”

The singer mentions “Celeste” twice in the song, saying “Oh, Celeste / The girl with my name tattooed on her chest / Smell her on my clothes like cigarettes // I hear her voice each time I take a breath / I’m obsessed.”

The next verse D4vd can be heard saying, “Oh, Celeste / Afraid you’ll only love me when undressed / But you look so damn gorgeous in that dress / Missing you so much makes me depressed / But I digress, because.”

“What is clear is that they spent a lot of time together,” Latibeaudiere said.

Latibeaudiere acknowledged that no videos or photos of Hernandez in the house have been uncovered. However, a livestream resurfaced of D4vd and Hernandez talking to the singer’s fans, along with a photo of the two out at an event somewhere in Los Angeles from October 2023.

D4vd and victim had matching finger tattoo

D4vd and Hernandez both had the same tattoo, according to police.

“The police did say she had this tattoo. She had a tattoo on her right index finger that said the letters ‘Shhh…'” Latibeaudiere had previously told .

Photos of D4vd show him with a matching tattoo on his finger. Latibeaudiere said TMZ spoke with Hernandez’s mother about Celeste’s tattoo, which was in red ink.

The cause of Hernandez’s death has been listed as deferred while the investigation continues.
