Wednesday’s winning combination was 4, 6, 23, 33 and 44, with Powerball number 13. The Power Play multiplier was 4X.
Because no ticket matched all of the numbers, the jackpot will climb to an estimated $440 million for Saturday night’s drawing.

When are Powerball drawings and how much do tickets cost?
Powerball drawings take place every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, with the results aired live at approximately 10:59 p.m. Eastern time, or 7:59 p.m. Pacific. Sales generally close about an hour before the drawing, although deadlines differ by state.
A Powerball play costs $2. Players select five numbers from 1 through 69 and one Powerball number from 1 through 26. Those who prefer not to choose their own numbers can use a computer-generated Quick Pick.
For an additional $1, players can add Power Play, which boosts non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 times, based on the multiplier drawn. Powerball is available in 45 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom.
