Prisoner’s New Charge Adds to Horrific Case of Raping Three Underage Girls

In a troubling development, a Pennsylvania man awaiting trial for the alleged sexual assaults of three underage girls now faces additional charges following an incident inside a local prison. The case has taken a new turn as he reportedly vandalized prison property.

Imarr Finley, age 25 and hailing from Harrisburg, has had a presence in the Dauphin County legal system since December 2024. Originally apprehended for allegedly abducting a 12-year-old girl on her route home from school, Finley was accused of taking her to his residence and sexually assaulting her, as detailed by court records accessed through Pennlive.com.

Beyond this grievous incident, Finley has been charged with the rape of two other minors. The victims, ages 17 and another between 13 and 14, were added to the record as reported by Pennlive.com, highlighting the gravity of the allegations against him.

The most recent charges emerged from a July 8 episode during which Finley allegedly shattered a window in the control room of the prison’s P block while exercising his recreation time out of his cell. This information was disclosed in a probable cause affidavit reviewed by Pennlive.com.

The affidavit, filed by the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, claimed two corrections officers saw Finley break the window, which caused $772 in damage.

Court records show Finley was charged on Thursday with institutional vandalism, a second-degree misdemeanor.

For that charge, he was arraigned on Thursday afternoon and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 4. News Media reached out to the prison for comment.

The first alleged rape occurred on Nov. 25, 2024, in the uptown Harrisburg area, according to police.

According to Pennlive.com, the girl told authorities that a man dressed in all black and a mask over his face was following her.

The man, who police say was Finley, got the girl to follow him to his house, where he allegedly raped her and threatened the girl’s family if she told anyone, Pennlive.com reported. Days later on Dec. 4, 2024, Finley was arrested by Harrisburg police after he fled out the second story window of a home and tried to flee by running across rooftops, according to authorities.

On March 23, 2026, Finley was charged in connection with the rape of a 13- or 14-year-old girl who he allegedly lured to his house with a fake Snapchat photo, Pennlive.com reported.

Four days later, he was charged with raping a 17-year-old girl after authorities said DNA evidence tied him to the crime, according to the outlet.

Finley is being held without bond and is due to appear in court for the rape charges on July 30.
