Shocking video captured a woman using racial slurs towards Southwest Airlines employees during a meltdown at the check-in desk.

Whitney Kayla Wyatt, 30, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement for the incident at the Indianapolis International Airport on Sunday.

The footage showed Wyatt with her children and dog in tow accosting the airline workers around 10:30 a.m.

Southwest Airlines workers said the altercation began when they informed Wyatt her bag was five pounds over the weight limit and she had to remove the old tags on it, according to the airport police report obtained by DailyMail.com.

Wyatt hurled racial slurs at the workers after she allegedly refused to take anything out of her bag and demanded they do it for her.

‘Go ahead and be a f*****g c**t. Stupid a** f*****g n****r a*s b***h. I need to get on my flight,’ she said.

Wearing a knit hat with the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders logo, a black jacket, tortoise shell glasses and a green crossbody bag, the woman was recorded aggressively speaking to the employees.

‘I work at a law firm, do not f*****g come at me like that, don’t say “first of all.” I am freaking out right now. Look, I have two small children, I have a dog,’ Wyatt said.

‘Look ma’am I have two small children and a dog, my child came here for a very important surgery that he couldn’t have, I really need help.’

Police said they gave her several verbal warnings to stop, which she refused to do, then she resisted arrested, according to the police report.

‘Wyatt continued pulling her arms away and began to drop her weight, trying to fall to the ground while officers were attempting to put her arms behind her back,’ the report said.

‘Wyatt continuously screamed obscenities at officers and yelled loudly throughout the entire encounter.’

Penny Thomson, the woman who shared the video, captioned it: ‘Wow! This is how some people act when they do not get their way. So impressed with the staff at Southwest. They kept it professional. What’s sad is her kids saw this and it didn’t even phase them.’

Thomson told DailyMail.com: ‘[Wyatt] went nuts and calling them names. The police were called and we could hear her screaming as they ‘escorted’ off the property.

Commenters were stunned to see the woman would behave that way in front of her children.

‘In front of the kids?!?!?!? I feel sorry for them, and the poor dog,’ one person said.

‘I feel so bad for the kids. They will grow up thinking what their mother said is ok,’ another said.

Others were shocked at how she treated the employees and impressed at their ability to stay calm while the woman berated them.

‘I just gasped out loud! No one deserves to be treated this way,’ said one person.

‘I was like ok she’s just really stressed out about the surgery and then ooop,’ a second person said.

‘I gasped once… and the immediately gasped again at the next sentence!!! These southwest ladies deserve recognition for keeping their cool, cus I’m not sure I could have,’ another person said.

‘I’ve been frustrated and upset, but I’ve never called anyone names and definitely haven’t used racial slurs,’ said a fourth person.

‘That’s something she’s used to saying and very comfortable with it. Disgusting human.’

Another person said: ‘I understand she is struggling and panicking but she lost all sympathy when she started being rude especially with the n word now nobody gonna help you lady.’

DailyMail.com contacted Wyatt for comment. Southwest Airlines declined to comment on the incident.
