Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs finds himself entangled in a legal battle while a photo from his extravagant night in Ibiza, Spain has re-emerged online a decade after he attempted to erase it from the web.
The musician, now facing allegations of various offenses, shared images from the August 1, 2014 event on social media but quickly removed them, as reported by multiple sources back then.
The guest list for the celebration, held to honor fashion icon Riccardo Tisci on his 40th birthday, included Diddy’s then-partner Cassie Ventura, newlyweds Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, and young pop sensation Justin Bieber, who was just 20 years old at the time.
Supermodels Kate Moss (who appeared bleary-eyed), Naomi Campbell and Kendall Jenner; actors Zac Efron and Jared Leto; and reality stars Kris Jenner and Paris Hilton rounded out the starry guest list in the luxe locale.
Combs’ trial Monday saw a witness take the stand to testify against him, while Cassie on Tuesday testified about her experiences alongside Combs for years as his partner.
Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to allegations of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Among the assorted images that circulated on social media in the wake of the gathering included Diddy posing with Moss; and Diddy and Cassie alongside West, who’s flashing a peace sign.
Others images saw a classic Kardashian selfie West sleeping in a bed; and the reality TV superstar, who shares four children with West, sharing a laugh with her longtime friend Paris Hilton.
The bash was sponsored by Beats by Dre, Us Weekly reported in August of 2014.
An eyewitness told the outlet that Bieber, Moss and Campbell paid tribute to Tisci, while West ‘serenaded the birthday boy and even led a cheer’ for him.
Cassie in Tuesday said in testimony she didn’t feel like she could refuse the demands the hip-hip star made of her.
‘Sean controlled a lot of my life, whether it was career, the way I dressed, everything, everything,’ said the Me & U singer, whose full name is Casandra Ventura. ‘Sean is a really polarizing person, also very charming.’
Controversy publicly grew around Diddy in late 2023, when he quickly settled a sex abuse case Cassie filed against him. Multiple properties across the country he owned were raided in March of 2024 and he was arrested six months later in September. He has remained incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting his trial after he was refused bail on multiple occasions.
Prosecutors in Combs’ federal case say the music mogul used blackmail and violence in his efforts to silence alleged victims. Among the claims made against the entertainer is that he persuaded women to participate against their will in group sexual exhibitions referred to as ‘Freak Offs.’

The Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down performer remains in federal custody during his trial nearly five months after his September 16 arrest in Manhattan in connection with sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Combs made a trio of attempts in vain to be granted bail, amid concerns from the court he would attempt to flee or tamper with his case. He has pled not guilty.
Prior to his arrest he was in the headlines for much of 2024 year after raids on multiple properties in March; and video of him assaulting Cassie surfacing on CNN in May.
