Early Saturday morning, rapper Meek Mill found himself in handcuffs after the NYPD conducted a search of his vehicle for a firearm, police sources revealed. This incident occurred shortly after Meek Mill departed from a Manhattan nightclub.
The Philadelphia artist was enjoying a night out at Harbor NYC, located on West 46th Street in Hell’s Kitchen, around 4:15 a.m. A club bouncer reportedly felt what he suspected to be a firearm and advised Meek Mill to dispose of it, according to police sources shared with The Post.

In response, the “Going Bad” performer exited the club momentarily to toss an item into his car before returning to the establishment, sources indicated.
Law enforcement was alerted to the situation and intercepted Meek Mill as he left the nightclub, proceeding to search his vehicle, sources said.
Although he was briefly handcuffed during the investigation, no weapon was discovered, police sources confirmed.
