WASHINGTON — More than 4,500 cases of baked beans have been recalled due to an undeclared allergen.

The undeclared allergen poses a serious or life-threatening risk for those with soy allergies or sensitivities if they consume the recalled cans. The baked beans were distributed across 23 states: Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia.

The product can be identified by its Lot Code, “Best if Used By Feb 17, 2028,” printed on the bottom of each can.

Those who have purchased the recalled baked beans are urged not to consume them and instead return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers can reach out to the Nashville-based manufacturer at (513) 682-2474 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CDT or contact them via email at recall@zwanfood.com.

“Yellowstone,” a western starring Kevin Costner, aired on the Paramount Network for five seasons and ended last December.

According to the website, the food line inspired by the show is “an immersive culinary experience that invites you to savor the essence of the series and taste its flavors firsthand. “
