BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Health authorities have identified nearly a dozen salmonella cases across seven states, tracing them back to powdered supplements available at Sam’s Club.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are currently investigating a series of illnesses linked to Member’s Mark Super Greens Powder Supplements. These products were distributed both in-store and online by the wholesale retailer.

The CDC has confirmed that these supplements have been withdrawn from sale due to the presence of moringa leaf powder, which may be tainted with salmonella bacteria.
