Following a turbulent breakup with her fiancé Dak Prescott earlier this month, Sarah Jane Ramos is channeling her energy into personal “growth.”
On Tuesday, the mother of two shared a gym selfie on her Instagram Stories, accompanied by an empowering message. Ramos, who ended her engagement to the Cowboys quarterback amid allegations of “ongoing infidelity issues,” expressed her focus on self-improvement.
“Growth in all forms,” she wrote, adding a flexed bicep and prayer hands emoji to emphasize her message.
The past few weeks have been challenging for both Ramos and Prescott, both aged 32. The couple was planning a destination wedding in Lake Como, Italy, next month after their 2024 engagement.
According to a source cited by Page Six, Ramos, an expert in wine and spirits, suspects that Prescott was involved in ongoing communication with other women throughout their relationship.
Matters came to a head around the pair’s joint bachelor-bachelorette party in the Bahamas, with Ramos learning that Prescott “was allegedly using incognito social media profiles to send inappropriate messages to multiple women and ex-flings.”
Ramos is “done” romantically with Prescott, according to Page Six’s source, with her focus on co-parenting their two daughters: Margaret Jane, 2, and Aurora, 9 months.
She resurfaced on social media last week by posting pics with her children.
First linked to Prescott in 2023, Ramos announced her engagement to the four-time Pro Bowler a year later.
The quarterback popped the question with a 10-carat emerald-cut engagement ring with side stones worth an estimated $1 million.
Before news of her broken engagement emerged, Ramos gave her Instagram followers an intimate look at the bachelorette festivities and gave a shout-out to her inner circle.
“I truly believe you can get through anything in life as long as you have really great friends,” she captioned the post. “I love these girls so much.”
