Sarah Paulson recently shared a surprising on-set incident involving Kim Kardashian while they were filming their new legal drama, “All’s Fair.”

The 50-year-old actress disclosed that during a particularly intense confrontation scene, things took an unplanned turn when a piece of food accidentally flew from her mouth and landed right in the eye of the 45-year-old reality television star.

Paulson recounted the moment to People, saying, “I had to hurl some pretty scandalous words in Kim’s direction. At one point, I inadvertently spat a potato chip at her. I was so caught up in the scene that it just shot out and landed in her eye.”

Co-stars Glenn Close, Niecy Nash-Betts, Naomi Watts, and Teyana Taylor observed that maintaining composure was a challenge for both Kardashian and Paulson during filming.

“Sarah and Kim often struggled to keep from laughing when they looked at each other,” Close noted, while Nash-Betts added, “Once the giggles started, we knew we’d be delayed by at least 30 minutes.”

The reality TV star-turned-actress plays fierce divorce attorney Allura Grant in the Ryan Murphy series.

The show follows a team of high-powered female lawyers who leave their firm to start their own company as Allura vows to destroy her younger husband who married her for money.

Big name guest stars including Brooke Shields, Elizabeth Berkley, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Judith Light appear in the series as the attorneys’ clients.

While appearing on the Graham Norton show, she said: ‘Working with a cast like this I wanted to make sure I was completely prepared. What I could control was absolutely knowing my lines, being on time and being super professional.

‘These women are the greatest at what they do, and I just watched and learned every day.’

She added, ‘It was an honor, and I have just had the best time. Working with these women was like summer camp.’

Elsewhere during the television spot, the SKIMS founder revealed she will soon find out if she passed the bar exam.

‘I took the bar exam in July. I get the results a few days after our [All’s Fair] premiere. So in two weeks. So everyone please pray for me. I worked really hard,’ she said.

As she awaits the results of the bar exam, she could be days away from fulfilling her longtime dream to be a legal professional.

The reality television star-turned-mogul estimated, ‘Maybe in 10 years, I think I’ll give up being Kim K and be a trial lawyer. That’s what I really want.’

Kim has spent six years working on a law apprenticeship — the unconventional path that allowed her to bypass law school — before officially wrapping the program on May 21, 2025.

She passed the ‘baby bar’ on her fourth try in December 2021, clearing the first major hurdle on her way to becoming a licensed attorney.

Later, she faced the notoriously brutal California bar, considered the hardest in the nation, with one of the lowest pass rates.

Kardashian will find out the results of her exam on November 7, 2025.
