Season 2 Winner of ‘Million Dollar Secret’ Unveils Exciting Plans for Prize Money

A new champion has emerged on the popular game show, Million Dollar Secret.

Hosted by Peter Serafinowicz, the show invites everyday individuals to a lavish lakeside mansion, where one of them is entrusted with a box containing a staggering $1 million. The others must deduce who holds the fortune, or risk their own elimination. If they successfully identify the secret millionaire during the elimination dinner, the cash is transferred to another contestant, who then takes on the challenge of maintaining their secrecy.

As the eighth episode of the series’ second season unfolded, only four contenders remained: Nick Pellecchia, Kaleb Moon, Kat Ellis, and Lauren Gierth. After Ellis was ousted and Gierth finished third in the final challenge, Moon faced a difficult decision. With the prize in his possession, he had to choose whether to secretly transfer the money to Pellecchia’s box, hoping Pellecchia would switch it back, or hold onto it, gambling that Pellecchia wouldn’t swap their boxes. After deep contemplation, Moon decided to leave the boxes unchanged. If Pellecchia did the same, Moon would secure the win.

So, did Pellecchia make the switch? Who ultimately triumphed in Season 2 of Million Dollar Secret? Let’s dive into what unfolded.

Who won Million Dollar Secret Season 2?

On the climactic final day at The Stag, Nick Pellecchia emerged victorious in the second season of Million Dollar Secret. By cleverly uncovering Kaleb Moon’s bluff, Pellecchia swapped his empty box with Moon’s prize-filled one, claiming the entire $1 million prize. At 27, Pellecchia plans to pivot from his role as a finance account manager to pursue a career as an influencer and television personality with his newfound wealth.

“I haven’t seen the money yet. That takes a little bit contract-wise,” Pellecchia told DECIDER over a recent Zoom call. “I plan on just investing it back in myself [and] investing in new experiences to help build an audience. Hopefully, [I’ll] go on some more shows. I realized a few years back [that] I want to build businesses and be entrepreneurial. I didn’t know it would lead me to going on reality TV. But in today’s world, it’s a good way to build an audience and help build your own brand, so I’m just gonna run with that for now. “

Is Nick Pellecchia going to be on Perfect Match Season 4?

Pellecchia, who was previously crowned Mister New Jersey and is gearing up to compete for the Mr. USA competition, will also appear on Season 4 of Netflix’s Perfect Match, which drops its first batch of episodes on May 13. “It’s a totally different world,” Pellecchia said of his time on the dating show compared to his time at The Stag. “I prefer a strategic show, probably, but I had an amazing time filming Perfect Match. The crew is amazing, and it’s going to be an exciting season, so I’m stoked for you guys to see that, too.”

Did Kat Ellis really skip her brother’s wedding for Million Dollar Secret?

Yes, Kat Ellis revealed in the show that she skipped her brother’s wedding to film Million Dollar Secret. “It was a very hard conversation,” she told DECIDER. “I kept pushing it off through the casting process. I told my casting lady, ‘Hey, I’m not going to tell them if I’m not going to get on. So, you tell me when I need to tell them.’ And she finally was like, ‘Give them the heads up.’”

To her surprise, Ellis said her brother was “so supportive” of her going on the show. “He was like, ‘This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. It is life-changing, opportunity-wise. It could be life changing money-wise,’” she recalled. “They were so, so supportive.”

Unfortunately, Ellis was voted out during the final elimination dinner, meaning she not only missed her brother’s wedding, but she also returned home empty-handed. “When I FaceTimed them after getting eliminated, the first thing I said was, ‘I lost,’ because I didn’t want them to have hope for one second,” Ellis said. “They didn’t care at all.”
