On Friday, the individual accused of launching icy snowballs at New York City police officers during a chaotic scene in a park defended his actions, claiming he was merely part of a crowd “enjoying the moment.” As he spoke with The Post, he took the opportunity to plug his YouTube channel.

Gusmane Coulibaly, a 27-year-old from the Bronx known online as “Diaperman,” explained, “It was meant to be fun, that’s all.” He is known for staging pranks, filming them, and sharing the footage on his YouTube platform.

Reflecting on the event, Coulibaly described it as a gathering where “people of all ages were there just enjoying the moment.” The snowball fight, which attracted hundreds to Washington Square Park, resulted in two police officers being hospitalized.

“Fun doesn’t have an age limit. I’m 27, but that doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy life,” Coulibaly expressed during an Instagram exchange with The Post.

His comment about “no age limit” appeared to reference Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s controversial remarks defending the snowball fight participants as merely “kids” having a good time.

“There were people older than me there too. It wasn’t about age — it was about being outside and having a good time,’’ Coulibaly said.

“I came with the mindset that we’d have fun and go home. That’s it,” Coulibaly wrote. “And film for my channel on YouTube: lifeofdiaper,” he added — getting in the plug for himself.
