Sofía Vergara had a night out on the town with friends on Saturday.

The “Modern Family” alum, 53, was seen exiting a group dinner at Alba in West Hollywood, California, in the company of her business partner Luis Balaguer.

She looked chic in a midi black dress with a sweetheart neckline, and accessorized with black platform heels and a turquoise blue Chanel bag.

Balaguer, who wore a black button-up shirt paired with slacks, displayed gentlemanly behavior by holding the door open for the actress, as well as for other companions departing the Italian restaurant with them.

The Latin media mogul — who married Dan Casper in 2020 — then drove Vergara in his SUV, with the “Hot Pursuit” star riding shotgun.

This marks the second occasion the longtime friends have been seen dining at the same location, according to photos acquired by Page Six. Attempts to reach her representatives for comment were unsuccessful.

Vergara’s friendly hangout comes weeks after she was romantically linked to Brady, 48, in July.

At the time, Page Six learned that the former athlete and Colombian bombshell had been vacationing together in Ibiza, Spain.

They initially connected while aboard the Luminara superyacht alongside Kendall Jenner, Martha Stewart, Naomi Campbell, Kate Hudson and others.

A spy told us that Vergara and Brady appeared head over heels and cozy with each other while dining, and the latter specifically asked to sit by the “Chef” star.

After the A-list excursion, they continued their hangout in Ibiza, we learned.

The rumor mill then started buzzing over claims that Brady did not want to date Vergara seriously because she was “too old,” but his spokesperson set the record straight.

“Tom never said, nor would he ever say, anything like this. It is pure fiction,” the rep told People.

It’s unclear if Vergara and Brady plan to continue their romance into the fall. However, they have not been seen together recently.

Vergara is on the market after finalizing her divorce from Joe Manganiello, to whom she was married for seven years. However, she has since dated a doctor and been seen out with F1 driver Lewis Hamilton.

Brady, meanwhile, was married to Gisele Bündchen from 2009 to 2022. The retired Super Bowl champ was then briefly linked to Irina Shayk.
