Southern California is bracing for a notable uptick in temperatures this week, with the potential for record-breaking highs, especially due to the added influence of brisk Santa Ana winds.
“We’re in for a heatwave over the next few days,” stated KTLA Meteorologist Henry DiCarlo on Monday morning.
The peak of this heat is anticipated on Tuesday and Wednesday, with downtown Los Angeles possibly experiencing afternoon temperatures soaring into the lower 90s.
