LOS ANGELES (KTLA) – The fast-moving wildfire in Pacific Palisades has torn through neighborhoods and destroyed many homes, including that of “The Hills” stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag.

On Tuesday, Pratt posted numerous videos about the fires to social media updating his followers on his family’s safety.

Hours later in a post to Snapchat, Pratt revealed he watched his home go up in flames from his security cameras.

On Wednesday morning he told his over 960,000 TikTok followers that his parent’s home was also damaged from the fire.

However, he did try to lighten the mood.

“When your house burns down and you have nothing. (When) your parent’s house burns down you have nothing. There’s only one thing that could maybe make you feel better, a bag of bagels,” he said showing a bag full of the bagels.

He then opened up about how he was feeling.

“Obviously I’m in shock, my brain’s not functioning so I think this is the most unhinged post you’ve seen,” he said as he appeared to get emotional.

Pratt and Montag have been romantically linked since 2007 and have been married since 2008 and have two children together. They’re famously known by their collective nickname Speidi. It’s not known where they are seeking shelter during this time.

His sister, Stephanie, who also appeared on “The Hills” learned the fire was burning on her street near Palisades Charter High School while she was overseas.

“I don’t know if it’s a good thing I’m in London or I need to get back to LA. I can’t think straight. What do I do? Honestly looking for advice. I’m frozen in shock. How horrible for my sweet little nephews to watch their house disappear like this,” she wrote on Instagram on Tuesday. “They must be so scared and confused. I guess the silver lining for me is if my house goes it’s only my stuff- not years of family memories like everyone else in the Palisades. Help me what’s my next move.”

“The Hills” aired for six seasons on MTV from 2006 until 2010 and originally focused on the life of Lauren “LC” Conrad who starred in the hit reality show “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.”

“The Hills” also featured Brody Jenner and Kristin Cavallari.
