Stefon Diggs and Cardi B could be swapping style tips.
The New England Patriots wide receiver made a grand entrance in San Francisco ahead of this Sunday’s Super Bowl, set to kick off at Levi’s Stadium in nearby Santa Clara.
As he prepares to take on the Seattle Seahawks, the 32-year-old Diggs opted for an eye-catching ensemble more suited to the chilly Massachusetts weather than the mild California climate.
The NFL highlighted his arrival with a post on X, captioned, “Diggs arrives in the Bay,” featuring the athlete in an outfit that could easily be mistaken for a look from Cardi B’s wardrobe.
Diggs sported a white tank top paired with a luxurious Chanel fuzzy coat from the fall/winter 2010 collection, which can currently be found on resale for $3,202. He completed the winter-ready look with furry Jacquemus x Moon Boots, priced at $760.
He wore distressed jeans and carried a super rare Hermès black doblis suede Birkin 40 bag. While Sotheby’s currently has the same style available, price upon request, a smaller style was previously sold on 1st Dibs for $44,500.
Stepping off the plane with his teammates, who were mostly dressed in Patriots merch, he definitely stood out from the crowd.
It didn’t take long for the comments section to go crazy over his new look, “Boy went deep into Cardi’s closet for that fit,” wrote one fan.
A second said, “Looks like he traded fits with his gf” and a third added, “He’s wearing Cardi’s clothes.”
However, this bag didn’t come from the “Bartier Cardi” rapper, it’s one that the fashionable footballer has actually carried before.
Cardi certainly has some sartorial compatibility with her beau, as the duo both wore Chanel to a Patriots game in December and she has an impressive Hermès collection of her own.
With the big game set for Sunday, we can’t wait to see what both halves of the trendy relationship wear.
