() A House subcommittee will hold a historic hearing Tuesday about Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, government disclosure and protection for whistleblowers.

Lawmakers will hear from witnesses on continued concerns regarding information held by federal agencies, including UAP transparency issues surrounding the Pentagon and the Intelligence community.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., told “CUOMO” on Monday the hearing will be the first specifically involving the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets. Expected witnesses include journalist George Knapp.

“There are many people from all across the DOD, across the entire U.S. government, over 30 people, to include our own secretary of state, who have come forward and said, ‘You know, there’s something here,'” Luna said.
