Sydney Sweeney recently caught the public’s attention when she was seen discreetly getting into a car with her former fiancé, Jonathan Davino, following a dinner outing at Giorgio Baldi, a popular restaurant in Santa Monica.

Prior to this unexpected reunion, the 28-year-old Euphoria actress had been enjoying an evening with friends in one of the restaurant’s exclusive back rooms. According to an observer speaking to the Daily Mail, Sweeney and her companions were engrossed in watching Game 7 of the MLB World Series, which featured a matchup between the Dodgers and the Blue Jays.

The insider described the setting as “intimate and relaxed,” noting that Sweeney seemed to be in high spirits. Throughout the evening, she was seen engaging in lively conversations and laughter with her friends, especially during breaks between innings.

After the meal, Sweeney maintained a low profile as she left the restaurant. She initially got into a black car, akin to a rideshare service, which reportedly traveled just a few blocks away.

Shortly thereafter, Sweeney was observed switching to another vehicle, this time driven by Davino, who is 42 years old. This sighting has certainly sparked curiosity and speculation about the nature of their relationship.

The friendliness between them didn’t seem to last long as TMZ reported an insider shared Sweeney got upset with Davino.

A source shared, at one point, the star screamed: ‘I don’t believe you. Please leave, leave me alone.’

The sighting comes amid ongoing rumors that Sweeney has been dating Scooter Braun.

Sweeney and Davino, who dated for several years and got engaged in early 2022, previously kept their relationship largely private.

At this time, it is unknown whether the pair are rekindling their romance or simply remain close friends.

The insider claimed the pair are now looking to move into together just months after meeting.

Meanwhile, another source told People that the pair ‘have a lot in common and neither one of them cares what others think’.

The actress’s friends and family are ‘really happy about this relationship’.

There have been claims that the two have been together since April when they took in Lana Del Rey’s performance at the Coachella Music Festival, but that claim has yet to be confirmed.

Sweeney ended her engagement with film producer Jonathan Davino, 42, in March.

Braun divorced wife Yael Cohen in July 2021 after seven years of marriage. They have children Jagger, nine, Levi, seven, and Hart, five.
