Taco Bell is expanding its presence in the beverage market with the nationwide launch of Refrescas, a new premium drink lineup, and the expansion of its Live Más Café concept across Southern California and Texas.

The chain is expanding its Live Más Café to 30 locations across Southern California, including Irvine, San Diego and Los Angeles County, as well as Texas, by fall 2025.

These cafes, located within existing Taco Bell restaurants, will feature “Bellristas” handcrafting over 30 signature beverages, including Refrescas, Churro Chillers and Dirty Baja Blast sodas.

Taco Bell opened its first-ever Live Más café in San Diego County last year, in partnership with Diversified Restaurant Group, one of Taco Bell’s largest franchisees.

Diversified Restaurant Group will also partner with Taco Bell for some of the upcoming café openings.

The new Refrescas collection includes six drinks: three Agua Refrescas, two Rockstar Energy Refrescas and a frozen Refresca Freeze.

  • Agua Refrescas are a twist on the traditional Mexican beverage, blended with real freeze-dried fruit pieces and green tea to provide a subtle caffeine boost of 52 milligrams per drink. The drinks are available in Strawberry Passionfruit, Dragonfruit Berry and Mango Peach flavors.
  • Rockstar Energy Refrescas are available in Pineapple Lime and Tropical Punch flavors curated exclusively for Taco Bell. Each drink contains 200 milligrams of caffeine for a flavorful energy boost.
  • The Refresca Freeze is a frozen version of the Refresca line, made with real freeze-dried fruit pieces and featuring a bold Strawberry Lime flavor for a cooling treat.

The collection is now available at Taco Bell locations nationwide. Prices for the new beverages range from $3.79 to $4.49, depending on the drink and size.
