Taylor Swift and Kylie Jenner shared a warm hug following the New York Knicks’ thrilling comeback against the San Antonio Spurs in Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals.
The music icon, boasting 14 Grammy Awards, reached out to embrace the reality star amid the exhilarating post-game celebrations on the court at Madison Square Garden, as captured in online videos.
“That was insane,” Jenner remarked, clearly taken aback by the game’s intensity. She attended the event with her boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet, a New Yorker and a passionate Knicks supporter.
Swift, who holds numerous properties in the city, beamed with enthusiasm as she concurred with Jenner’s sentiments.
The interaction caught some fans off guard, given the history between Swift and the Kardashian-Jenner family. Back in 2016, Swift was embroiled in a highly publicized dispute with Jenner’s sister, Kim Kardashian, concerning a recorded phone call about Kanye West’s controversial track “Famous.”
Swift denied that she had consented to a lyric — “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous” — and she was called a “liar” and a “snake” in the public eye.
Her 2024 song,“thanK you aIMee” is an apparent diss track about the situation.
It was a brief interaction between Swift and Jenner, but a friendly one in the star-studded crowd.
In another on-court video, Chalamet declared “Knicks in 5” after his hometown team pulled off a historic comeback to beat the Spurs 107-106 in a Game 4 nail-biter.
A go-ahead tip-in by Knicks forward OG Anunoby with 2.1 seconds remaining secured the victory after New York rallied back from down by 29 in the second half.
The Knicks could close out the series in Game 5 in San Antonio on Saturday to clinch their first championship in 53 years.
