Reports suggest that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have invited iconic artists Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw, long-time friends of the bride, to perform at their upcoming wedding ceremony scheduled for next week.
Keeping the wedding plans under tight wraps, Swift, aged 36, has reportedly decided to personally call her guests to avoid the risk of leaving a paper trail by sending out traditional invitations.
According to the Daily Mail’s report earlier this month, the superstar singer and her NFL fiancé are set to host a wedding celebration at Madison Square Garden, slated for next Friday, July 3.
Speculation this week indicates the couple is planning a more intimate gathering for approximately 100 close friends at the venue on Thursday, July 2. This will be followed by a grander event with an estimated 1,000 guests the following night, as reported by the New York Times.
Now insiders have claimed McGraw, 59, and Nicks, 78, will play a ‘Wedding-palooza’ one source characterized as ‘bigger than the Met Gala,’ per Page Six.
Swift initially captured the public’s attention in 2006 with her evocative hit “Tim McGraw,” the leading track from her self-titled debut album.
