A 19-year-old was taken into custody and faces multiple assault charges following a violent incident at an illegal car meet-up in Queens last month, as reported by authorities on Thursday.

Justin Aguilera has been charged with gang assault, assault, riot, and trespassing. These charges stem from his alleged involvement in an attack on a couple on November 22. The incident occurred when a group of unruly drivers converged at a street corner in Malba, setting a parked car ablaze, the NYPD confirmed.

As Aguilera was led out of the 109th Precinct stationhouse by police officers Thursday night, the young suspect kept his head down, occasionally glaring at the gathering photographers and reporters.

The disturbing events unfolded around 12:30 a.m. when a group of reckless drivers gathered at South Drive and 141st Street, performing dangerous stunts like donuts and speeding across lawns.

Blake Ferrer, one of the victims, recounted how the violence erupted after he asked the disorderly drivers to leave his property. In response, they allegedly attacked him, delivering kicks, punches, and stomps, as he previously shared with The Post.

They also hit his wife and then set a parked private security vehicle ablaze.

Ferrer suffered broken bones in the attack and was taken to York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital.

After the beatdown, two other suspects fled in a white Chevy Silverado heading southbound on the Whitestone Expressway, police said.

Previously released NYPD photos showed the two male suspects aged between 18 and 24.

It took Big Apple cops almost half an hour to respond to the mob because they had their hands full with other calls, and the incident was first reported as drag racing.

Police brass promised to step up patrols in the typically quiet Malba neighborhood “to ensure this doesn’t happen again.”
