Dismembered remains found in singer D4vd’s car have been identified as a missing 15-year-old girl.
Celeste Rivas went missing from Lake Elsinore, California, in April last year.
Her official date of death has been listed as September 8, the day after what would have been her 15th birthday.
The documents, sourced by the Daily Mail from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, reveal that her place of death was inside a Tesla owned by 20-year-old D4vd. The cause of death is currently under further investigation as it remains undetermined.
Celeste’s mother informed TMZ that she suspected her daughter fit the description given by authorities and mentioned that her daughter had a boyfriend named David.
As described in a missing person notice circulated following her disappearance, Celeste was 13 years old, weighed 120 pounds, and had dark brown hair and eyes.

A decomposing body was found inside the trunk of an impounded Tesla registered to the pop star last week.
Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department made the grim discovery after receiving reports of a foul odor coming from the vehicle.
On Tuesday, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner revealed the victim had been identified, but were waiting to release the name of the deceased until her next of kin was notified.
Earlier this week, ABC 7 Los Angeles confirmed the body belonged to a girl between ’14 and 15 years old.’
Police previously gave a description of the victim, who was a 5’1″ female that weighed 71lbs with black hair and a tattoo on her right index finger that read ‘Shhh…’
According to TMZ, she was found wearing a tube top, black leggings, a metal stud earring and a metal bracelet in the shape of the letter W.

The victim’s mother told TMZ that she believed her daughter matched police’s description
Police are said to have notified the pop star, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, that his Tesla had been impounded.
‘D4vd has been informed about what’s happened,’ a spokesman for the singer told NBC Los Angeles at the time. ‘And although he is still on tour, he is fully cooperating with the authorities.’
It’s unclear whether the singer, known for songs Here with Me and Romantic Homicide, had loaned his Tesla to someone or if it had been stolen.
Police said the vehicle had been at the impound lot for a few days, and the body placed in a bag inside the front trunk of the car.
Footage captured by ABC 7 showed officers surrounding the vehicle before it was eventually towed away.
