This teenage resident of Naples found himself in legal trouble after deputies observed him riding dangerously around 6 p.m. on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred on Golden Gate Parkway, close to 66th Street Southwest, where his hazardous behavior caught the attention of law enforcement.

Captured on dashcam, the footage reveals the teenager speeding and weaving through traffic, demonstrating what authorities described as a complete disregard for public safety. His actions not only endangered himself but also posed a significant risk to others on the road.

As a result of this perilous escapade, Kyle Vincent Siemon is now facing serious legal consequences, underscoring the importance of road safety and the responsibilities that come with operating any vehicle, even an electric dirt bike.

When deputies attempted a traffic stop, Siemon took off, weaving through heavy traffic and reaching speeds of nearly 70 mph, the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies activated their lights and sirens, but Siemon repeatedly looked back as he fled, jumping sidewalks and cutting into lanes of oncoming cars.

The video captured the teen glancing back during the high-speed pursuit.

Keeping our roads and sidewalks safe for everyone who lives, works and travels in Collier County is a top priority.”
