A video featuring a woman displaying her poorly done manicure has sparked a variety of responses as bewildered onlookers pondered how she acquired such terrible nails. 

TikTok user Briana Horlback shared a post of her poorly painted nails, asking people how much they think she tipped her nail technician for them. 

‘I just got my nails done and this is what they look like,’ Briana claimed in the TikTok posted on Friday.

She proudly exhibited her clumsily painted, mismatched nails with a blank expression on her face. She did not disclose who completed her manicure or where the service took place. 

The video with nearly 105,000 views immediately left people shocked – and commenters had a lot of questions for Briana.

‘After they did the first nail why did you even let them continue?’ one baffled viewer asked. 

‘Were you not in the room when they were doing this?’ someone chimed in, prompting another person to respond ‘she must have been sleeping.’

One observer remarked that the nails appeared as though they were painted by a child, saying, ‘Did you go to a salon for that look or was it your younger sibling, cousin, or niece who did it?’

Commenters were left confused, with many asking why she would even tip. Others speculated that she may be joking about the whole thing

Many of the more than 1,400 comments expressed disbelief that she did not stop the person doing her nails and that she even paid at all.

‘Tipped? You paid?!’ one user wrote. ‘Giiiirrrrrrllllll how did you allow this?’ another asked.

‘Wait you paid???? Absolutely would not have done that,’ someone wrote, echoing the overall sentiment of the comment section. 

Other people were simply confused about why Briana did not speak up for herself and stop them from painting the rest of her nails.

Some people were skeptical of the video’s legitimacy, since Briana offered no context and did not disclose the salon she went to. According to her TikTok location, she posted the video from Tampa Bay, Florida. 

‘Please tell me this is a prank!!!!’ someone said. ‘Briana, I feel like you’re gaslighting us,’ another woman reacted.

‘Lol stoppp,’ some wrote with laughing emojis. ‘You playin with the bath bombs from lush at the mall.’

‘I’m thinking your daughter did them. If I am correct, she did an awesome job!’ someone said, speculating what the true story behind the jaw-dropping video could be.

Thousands of people reacted with shock at her dramatic reveal of the ‘brutal’ cut. The general reactions were similar to the ones Briana received for her manicure.
