Kennedy curse strikes again! Jack Schlossberg flies off the rails

Jack Schlossberg shows similarities to his late grandfather, JFK, the former president, in terms of shamelessness and potentially having attention-deficit disorder.

Actually, let’s add entitlement, narcissism, lack of self-awareness, cruelty and hypocrisy to that list.

If you can bear it, take a look at Schlossberg’s Instagram account, under the handle ‘JackUno’.

Constantly updated, Schlossberg, at 32 years old, seems to have a lot of free time on his hands. His social media feed is filled with erratic outbursts and criticisms, mixed with videos of him dancing ballet, lip-syncing in everyday places, and trying to provoke well-known media personalities for attention.

His face, which he clearly believes is incredibly handsome, is often shoved right into the camera.

His online behavior is quite intense, much like his statements, including a tweet from December 28 where he wrote, ‘COQUETTISH… am I coquettish? 😉 So are you!! Stop playing games. Coquettes of the world… UNITE.’

Five days prior, he wrote: ‘LOVE IS CORPORATE falling in love is the most CORPORATE thing you can do. Stay independent. Do not fall in love.’

On Inauguration Day, he posted side-by-side photos of Vice President JD Vance’s wife, Usha, and his own grandmother, Jackie Kennedy Onassis — widely regarded as the most glamorous First Lady ever: ‘True or False? Usha Vance is way hotter than Jackie O.’

Sacrilege!

Jack Schlossberg seems to share two key traits with JFK, his late grandfather and former president: shamelessness and, quite possibly, attention-deficit disorder.

His feed is an unhinged string of rants and invectives, sprinkled with footage of Jack ballet dancing, lip-syncing in the aisles of CVS and Dunkin', and attempting to bait established media figures into levelling him up.

Jack also, days ago, asked Elon Musk to ‘spread for me’.

Schlossberg’s X account was then deleted on Tuesday night and reactivated within hours.

Caroline Kennedy, please come get your son.

Abandon all attempts to sabotage RFK Jr.

Tend instead to your underemployed man-child, clearly having some sort of escalating breakdown and who, among other travesties, recently posted a picture of RFK Jr. working out, with this caption: ‘No homo, homo no? A man, a plan, an anal canal. Canada.’

Utter nonsense with a soupçon of homophobia. Not the mention the many videos in which Schlossberg mocks working-class voters and his own uncle’s vocal disability.

But RFK Jr. is the family embarrassment?

No wonder Vogue seems to have cut Schlossberg loose.

Oh, the fanfare that came with that announcement, back in July 2024, that JFK and Jackie’s grandson had been appointed Vogue’s political correspondent — replete pictures of Schlossberg rolling around on the floor among Xeroxed images of his own face.

Everything that’s dead about Brand Kennedy could be condensed into that moment: The ultimate nepo-baby, with little experience in journalism (shades of his late uncle John Jr.), taking a job that could have gone to someone less privileged but much more talented and hard-working, luxuriating in his own dim-witted egotism.

Ask not what your country can do for you, indeed.

After telling Vogue in that job announcement article that ‘I wasn’t good at anything… I was a bad student’ — who somehow got into Harvard, cough-cough — and describing himself as ‘a silly goose’, Jack spent most of the ensuing presidential election campaign asking very powerful people very stupid questions.

This week, he asked Elon Musk to 'spread for me'. Caroline Kennedy, please come get your son. (Pictured: Caroline and Schlossberg).

To talk-show host David Letterman and then-Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, weeks after the Mail reported that Emhoff had cheated with the nanny during his first marriage: ‘I invented a game… called “condiment or sauce”.’

They begin to play.

Jack: ‘Ketchup?’

Emhoff: ‘Food group.’

Jack: ‘Great point.’

And the left wonders why Trump won.

Schlossberg is the kind of ‘off-brand’ Kennedy the family used to hide — the ones they’d say were working with the poor somewhere but were really stashed away in some institution.

Progress, I guess?

To my mind, Schlossberg best recalls Jackie’s aunt Big Edie Beale and her cousin Little Edie, two mentally ill women who lived in squalor and became the subjects of the legendary 1975 documentary ‘Grey Gardens’.

Just watch Little Edie’s infamous ‘Flag Dance’ on YouTube and tell me you’re not getting strong Jack Schlossberg vibes.

But I’m guessing he’s unfamiliar with the Beales, because he seems to have zero sense of his own family’s history. In fact, much like another spoiled scion, Prince Harry, Schlossberg once admitted that he’d laugh off studies of his own family history during high school.

Not much seems to have changed.

Schlossberg either doesn’t know or doesn’t care about the scores of girls and women destroyed by the Kennedys.

Take this video, posted on Monday, of Jack addressing famed lawyer Alan Dershowitz, playing some sort of Kennedy-esque character while making wild false claims.

‘I need your help,’ Schlossberg began. ‘Everyone knows I killed my wife. I’ve got a thousand sexual assault cases against me. I look like a human penis. I’m completely irrelevant and I’ve never had consensual sex. Oh wait, s*** — that’s you.’

If Schlossberg were the scion of a Republican family, he would be a national laughingstock — when he wasn’t being castigated for mocking the disabled and the working class.

Instead, he got a plum speaking slot at the Democratic National Convention and a fawning appearance on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Kimmel’.

Let’s revisit that meeting of minds:

Kimmel: ‘Do you get pressure from your family to be in public service?’

Schlossberg: ‘Definitely not. I think that my parents support me no matter what I choose to do, even if that’s making crazy videos on Instagram… about politics’.

Kimmel: ‘Right, which is part of your public service.’

Schlossberg: ‘Yes.’

Schlossberg best recalls Jackie's aunt Big Edie Beale and her cousin Little Edie (pictured), two mentally ill women who lived in squalor and became the subjects of the legendary 1975 documentary 'Grey Gardens'.

As someone among the harshest critics of this family, allow me to admit: public service is JFK sending a man to the moon and founding the Peace Corps. Public service is RFK, in the 1960s, calling attention to civil rights and poverty in Appalachia.

Flouncing around on Instagram doesn’t cut it.

It’s amazing to watch this idiot coast on his lineage, as if that gives him some conferred wisdom, while denigrating RFK Jr. for doing the exact same thing. For suffering from the same sense of moral superiority as his maligned relatives — such as dear great-uncle Ted, who left a young woman to die at Chappaquiddick.

All that wealth, all that privilege, all that education and access to power — and what is Schlossberg doing with it?

Rattling around a messy apartment, unshaven and in sweats, ranting at us in front of a permanently unmade bed.

If the average person saw this guy coming at them in the streets or the subway, they’d run the other way.

America is well and truly through the looking glass. We are now in a place where the Kennedy family name is an utter liability.

Jack Schlossberg can partly thank himself for that. Hey — at least that’s one real accomplishment.
