Top Twitch streamer files defamation lawsuit against fellow gamers

AUSTIN, Texas – A legal drama is unfolding in the world of online streaming as one of Twitch’s most prominent figures, Matthew Rinaudo, widely recognized by his alias Mizkif, initiates a lawsuit against fellow high-profile streamers and several gaming enterprises.

Rinaudo has officially lodged a complaint in federal court targeting Emily Beth Schunk, known to her followers as “Emiru,” and Zack Hoyt, who streams under the name “Asmongold.” The legal action also extends to three companies: OTK Media Inc., Mythic Talent Management Inc., and King Gaming Labs Inc.

The lawsuit reveals that the majority of the parties involved are located in the Austin, Texas area, adding a local dimension to this high-stakes legal battle.
