Brittany Mahomes matched her daughter’s moniker to her nursery theme.

“[Golden’s name] was really where we got most of the inspiration for her room,” Patrick Mahomes’ wife said in an Instagram video highlighting the infant’s “perfect” room Thursday.

“When I found out I was having a baby girl, my mind immediately went to pink for the nursery,” she noted. “I really wanted to go very warm and pink with Golden’s nursery and obviously tying in the gold just to go with her name.”

The 29-year-old pointed out one specific gold accent: the “cute” decision to “change the [dresser] knobs out for golden bows.”

The room also includes a “Let Your Light Shine” painting over the changing table, as well as sun-patterned wallpaper and matching artwork.

Brittany also showed off the glider, calling it the “most important” part of the room with an ottoman to account for her and Patrick’s differing heights.

“I’m excited to reveal our dream nursery created with Crate and Kids!” she gushed in her caption. “I couldn’t be happier with how they brought my vision to life. We will be spending so much time in this cozy space.”

Brittany was still pregnant when she filmed the video, dressing her bump in a white top and matching pants.

She gave birth to baby No. 3 on Sunday, debuting the little one via Instagram the following day with a black-and-white photo of the newborn’s feet.

Brittany and Patrick, who have been married since March 2022, are also the parents of daughter Sterling, 3, and son Bronze, 2.

In July 2024, the couple told their Instagram followers that they were expanding their family.

“I’m done [having kids],” the Kansas City Chiefs player, also 29, subsequently quipped during a press conference. “I’ll say that. I said three and I’m done.”

However, the Super Bowl winner has seemingly changed his tune since welcoming Golden.

“I’m good with three for right now. We’ll see down the line, maybe,” Patrick said Tuesday. “We’ll stick there for a while and see if we need to come back and get another one later on.”

He and Brittany have been together since high school.
