Trae Young gave getting snubbed a new name after he was iced out of this year’s NBA All-Star Game.

The Atlanta Hawks point guard, who’s a three-time All-Star, sent a PSA after the reserves were announced on Thursday night.

Young, aged 26, expressed that rather than being “snubbed,” it is now being “Traed,” adding a crying-laughing emoji. He is currently maintaining a double-double average.

“Sorry to my fans.. it’ll change eventually! All right, talk soon!”

The former first-round pick in the 2018 draft promised to elaborate further on his “From The Point” podcast.

“Y’all will hear my HONEST thoughts soon…” added Young.

The Hawks also reacted to their star point guard being left off the All-Star list.

The team’s X account shared a photo of Young putting two thumbs down.

Young’s wife, Shelby Miller, also reposted that image to her Instagram Story.

Young is having arguably the best season of his career — averaging 22.7 points and a league-leading 11.4 assists per game.

The Hawks, though, are just 22-26 after a 137-115 loss to the Cavaliers on Thursday night.

Young finished with 15 points and 10 assists.

He was an All-Star in 2024, 2022 and 2020.

The 2025 NBA All-Star game will take place at Chase Center in San Francisco on Feb. 16.

The All-Star reserves are selected by NBA head coaches.

The starters are picked by a 50 percent fan vote, a 25 percent NBA player vote, and a 25 percent media panel.
