The tragic and mysterious passing of Kate Whiteman, the woman whose allegations of sexual assault against the notorious luxury real estate moguls Oren and Alon Alexander ignited a global wave of similar claims, has been confirmed in Australia. Whiteman, who was 45, was found deceased near Sydney late last year, prompting an investigation by local authorities.

According to a spokesperson for the New South Wales coroner, as reported by the New York Times, the cause of Whiteman’s death remains undetermined. The spokesperson noted that investigations are typically launched when there are uncertainties about whether a death was due to “natural causes.”

While the New South Wales authorities have refrained from providing additional comments, the circumstances surrounding Whiteman’s death have garnered significant attention due to her role in exposing the alleged crimes of the Alexander twins.

In March 2024, Whiteman filed a lawsuit against Oren, the co-founder of the brokerage firm Official, and Alon, an executive in the private security sector. She accused the twins, who are multimillionaires, of violently assaulting her during a 2012 gathering at the infamous “Sir Ivan’s Castle” in Water Mill, Long Island.

Whiteman sued Oren, co-founder of the Side-backed brokerage firm Official, and Alon, a private security firm executive, in March 2024, claiming the multimillionaire twins brutally raped her at infamous party palace “Sir Ivan’s Castle” in Water Mill, Long Island, in 2012.

The Australian socialite claimed she met the brothers, regulars on the New York party circuit, at a Manhattan nightclub in 2012 and was forced into their SUV as she was leaving, according to civil suit.

The pair drove her to the Southhampton party mansion — owned by flamboyant banking heir-turned-recording artist Ivan Wilzig — where she was “sexually assaulted, abused, raped, pinned, groped, harassed, battered, and fondled” by the scandal-plagued brothers inside.

Whiteman’s lawsuit triggered a wave of allegations that ended with the twins, along with their older brother, Tal, being accused of drugging and violently raping at least 60 women.

While the brothers denied the allegations, all three found themselves cuffed in December 2024 by the feds in Florida and charged with 10 counts of conspiracy and sex trafficking.

They’ve pleaded not guilty and have remained locked up since their arrest.

Their trial is set to begin in Manhattan federal court on Jan. 26, with jury selection starting Tuesday.

Whiteman was not believed to be one of the many women expected to testify at trial, a source close to the case told The Post.

Her lawyer in her civil case, Evan Torgan, declined to comment Thursday.

Prosecutors allege the Alexanders conspired from 2009 through 2021 to drug, sexually assault and rape dozens of women — luring them with luxury hotel stays, international travel and access to exclusive events.

In some cases, victims were transported across state and international lines, then drugged and physically restrained before being raped, according to the indictment.

One woman said she met Oren at a luxurious Miami house party in 2018, where he offered to give her a tour of the property after striking up a conversation.

He led her to a bedroom, then “aggressively threw her onto the bed and forcibly sexually assaulted her,” according to her lawsuit.

In another incident, a woman said she was invited to a New York City house party by Tal in July 2013, where she was handed an alcoholic beverage and felt “lightheaded and disoriented.”

She says she was forcibly raped by Tal and Oren.

Oren and Tal made their names in the world of luxury real estate as agents for Douglas Elliman. They eventually started their own firm, Official, in 2022.

The brothers also face multiple civil lawsuits from women making similar allegations.

The trio are being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn — the same detention facility where alleged UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione and Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro are locked up.
