2 people found dead at Rob Reiner's Los Angeles home, reports say

A tragic discovery was made at the Brentwood residence of famed director and actor Rob Reiner, where two individuals were found dead, leading to a significant police response on Sunday.

In Los Angeles, reports have emerged about the deaths of two people inside the Southern California home owned by Rob Reiner. This news broke on Sunday night and has been corroborated by several media outlets.

The initial report came from NBC LA, with subsequent confirmation by TMZ, bringing the story to wider attention.

The Los Angeles Fire Department informed NBC LA that the deceased include a man and a woman, with approximate ages being 78 and 68, respectively.

Authorities have not yet released the names of the individuals who have passed away.

The Los Angeles Police Department are reportedly investigating, but have not publicly commented. 

TMZ said firefighters were called to the home around 3:30 p.m. local time to provide medical aid. It’s unclear who called emergency responders. TMZ reported police were on scene 10 minutes later. 

NBC LA reported a large police presence at the home in the Brentwood neighborhood in Los Angeles, California. 

No other information is known at this time.
