Popular TikTok personality Tucker Genal has passed away at the age of 31.
According to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s office, Tucker died by suicide on December 11.
Tucker’s brothers, Carson and Connor, confirmed the news to their Instagram on Monday in a joint post, alongside a number of photos of Tucker.
‘I don’t even know where to begin, You were my best friend and an even better big brother, my entire life I’ve spent looking up to you and trying to follow in your footsteps because you were always my hero,’ the caption read.
“One thing I know for sure is that I will spend the rest of my life looking up to you until we meet again,” expressed a loved one.
“You were the most kind-hearted person I’ve ever known and the best brother anyone could have hoped for.”

“We love you, Tucker, and you will be deeply missed forever.”
The statement went on to read, ‘During this incredibly difficult time, we respectfully ask for privacy as we mourn and begin to navigate life without him. We are deeply grateful for the kindness and understanding shown to our family.’
The brothers shared a series of photos with Tucker in the post.
Tucker boasted 2.5 million followers on TikTok, and 342K followers on Instagram.
He was known for the entertaining skits and challenges he performed with his friends and siblings on TikTok.
The Genals also ran a shared TikTok profile called Hustle House.
His best friend, Sean Schutt — who often appeared in TikTok videos with the late influencer — also shared a touching tribute.

‘5 years ago I was in the deepest darkest place in my life and didn’t think there was a way out… I saw these guys Tucker and Carson Genal making a content house in Los Angeles. They invited me to be apart and the rest is history.’
He went on: ‘As soon as I moved to LA and lived with them they gave me a whole new perspective on life. Tucker You gave me my motivation you brought a light in me that I never even knew I had.’

The clip was a collection of photos, with one for each month of the year. While the first 11 were in color, his last photo representing the month of December was in black and white.
‘This was his goodbye post,’ one fan wrote.
‘You were always the kindest person to me. I can’t believe this. Please check on your friends. All love to him, his family, and all the people who loved him,’ another added.

Before achieving fame, Tucker completed a degree in business administration at Furman University in 2018.
He later landed a job as social media coordinator for sneaker artist Kickasso.
