Barbara Jankavski, widely recognized as the ‘Human Barbie’ due to her significant plastic surgeries, has passed away at the age of 31.

The popular social media personality, with over 55,000 Instagram followers and 344,000 fans on TikTok, was discovered deceased in a townhouse in Sao Paulo on November 2.

According to a police report cited by CNN Brasil, a 51-year-old man told authorities he had spent the evening with Jankavski, having hired her for ‘sexual services.’

The man, identified as a public defender, revealed that they had both consumed illegal substances during their time together.

He stated that after Jankavski fell asleep, he realized she was unresponsive and promptly contacted emergency services for help.

He attempted to resuscitate her for nine minutes before doctors arrived at the scene and confirmed her death.

Jankavski was found only wearing underwear and with an injury on her left eye and marks on her back, according to São Paulo State Military Police, per CNN Brasil.

The outlet reported that a friend attributed Jankaviski’s facial injury to previously slipping and falling.

The social media star, who boasted more than 55,000 followers on Instagram and 344,000 on TikTok, was found dead at a townhouse in Sao Paolo, Brazil, on November 2 

Her death has been registered as ‘suspicious’ as authorities await the results of a full autopsy, including toxicology tests, to determine a cause.

The internet sensation seemingly had not updated her social media accounts in more than a month at the time of her death. 

She had undergone at least 27 plastic surgeries, which cost more than $56,000 in total, to achieve her doll-like look.

These included several extreme procedures such as liposuction on the neck, abdomen, and legs, breast and buttock augmentations, eyebrow lifts and five rhinoplasties.

She shared her last post, a video with fellow influencer Avós Da Razão, on October 1.

Fans have been flooding to the comments of her recent posts to pay tribute to the star.

One person wrote: ‘I can’t believe it. I loved you so much. Rest in peace.’

Another said: ‘I hope God receives you with open arms. I can’t believe you’ve gone.

It comes after fellow influencer and OnlyFans model Iris Hsieh was found dead in a bathtub at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur last month.

Her ‘sudden death’ was reclassified as murder by Malaysia authorities on Tuesday.

The Taiwanese 31-year-old – known as ‘Nurse Goddess’ due to her nursing student past – had 2M social media followers, and commanded $40/month in subscriptions on the Fenix International-owned XXX platform.
