Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift believe they’re “pros” at handling media attention.

During her Wednesday appearance on the “New Heights” podcast, the Chiefs’ star tight end and the mega pop star shared how they navigate the intense scrutiny of their relationship — with Kelce mentioning that it took him a bit more time to get used to it.

“I try not to pay too much attention to what’s online. I truly believe that if you seek validation from the internet, any feeling you have can be amplified negatively, and anything you contribute can backfire,” Swift, 35, explained, reflecting on her experiences in the music industry.

“It took me a while to be a pro at it,” Kelce, 35, said. “The last thing I wanted to do was screw this up.”

The three-time Super Bowl winner added that Swift was “so real” about helping him navigate the attention that her world brings.

“Just because something has my name in the headline doesn’t mean it’s something I need to concern myself with,” Swift noted, expressing her admiration for how Kelce manages to find humor in the chatter when they are in the spotlight.

“People might be doing too much, doesn’t mean I have to do a damn thing. We live in such a social media moment…I do detach from the internet in a huge way. have had my comments disabled on Instagram for like 10 years now. And I don’t miss it.

“My business is making music and taking care of my fans, and I have ways of monitoring what they want from me… everything else, it’s not my business, I have actual business that I need to run.”
