In a recent message on Truth Social, former President Donald Trump made bold claims about the United States’ military capabilities, emphasizing the nation’s robust stockpile of medium-grade munitions. Trump asserted that America is poised to win “big” in any potential confrontation with Iran, sending a stark warning to the regime.
“The United States Munitions Stockpiles have, at the medium and upper medium grade, never been higher or better,” Trump declared, highlighting the country’s preparedness. He went on to describe the munitions supply as “virtually unlimited,” suggesting that the U.S. could sustain a prolonged conflict using these resources.
Trump remarked that these munitions are superior to “other countries’ finest arms,” underscoring the strategic advantage he believes the U.S. holds. While he acknowledged that the stockpile at the highest grade is not yet at the desired level, he expressed confidence in the nation’s overall military readiness.
“Wars can be fought ‘forever,’ and very successfully, using just these supplies (which are better than other countries finest arms!).”
“At the highest end,” Trump added, “we have a good supply, but are not where we want to be.”
Trump said “additional high grade weaponry is stored for us in outlying countries,” and he blamed former President Joe Biden for the stockpile not being what it should be.
“Sleepy Joe Biden spent all of his time, and our Country’s money, GIVING everything to P.T. Barnum (Zelenskyy!) of Ukraine – Hundreds of Billions of Dollars worth – And, while he gave so much of the super high end away (FREE!), he didn’t bother to replace it,” he claimed.
Trump then proclaimed he “rebuilt” the military during his first term before revealing: “The United States is stocked, and ready to WIN, BIG!!!”
Trump’s boast about US military might comes after Central Command officials said they knocked out Iranian air defense and missile launch sites, as well as Iranian Revolutionary Guard command posts.
“US forces have destroyed Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps command and control facilities, Iranian air defense capabilities, missile and drone launch sites, and military airfields during sustained operations,” Central Command said in an X post.
“We will continue to take decisive action against imminent threats posed by the Iranian regime.”
Trump has vowed the US-Israeli onslaught against the Islamic Republic will continue and warned: “The big one is coming.”
“We haven’t even started hitting them hard,” Trump told CNN Monday — two days after killing Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei, 86.
“The big wave hasn’t even happened. The big one is coming soon.”
Secretary of State Marco Rubio also echoed Trump, telling reporters on Capitol Hill: “The next phase will be even more punishing on Iran than it is right now.
“We will do this as long as it takes to achieve those objectives, and we will achieve those objectives.
“The world will be a safer place when we’re done with this operation.”
Rubio refused to share a precise timeline, but Trump estimated Operation Epic Fury could take four weeks.
