Trump halts migration and orders green card audit over Afghan shooter

In the wake of a tragic incident in Washington, D.C., where a National Guard soldier lost his life, former President Donald Trump has announced plans to halt immigration from certain countries. He has called for a comprehensive audit of green cards issued to individuals from 19 nations.

Trump criticized his successor, President Joe Biden, accusing him of allowing unchecked migration into the United States. He specifically blamed Biden for admitting the Afghan national involved in the attack during the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021.

On Thursday night, Trump took to Truth Social to declare his intentions, stating, “I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to allow the U.S. system to fully recover.”

He also pledged to strip noncitizens of federal benefits, revoke the citizenship of those who undermine the country, and deport any foreign nationals who pose a security threat or do not align with Western values.

Trump emphasized that “only reverse migration can fully address this situation,” underscoring his commitment to these stringent immigration measures.

‘Other than that, HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL, except those that hate, steal, murder, and destroy everything that America stands for – You won’t be here for long!’

Trump earlier demanded every green card issued to immigrants from 19 ‘countries of concern’ face an urgent reexamination.

The countries are: Afghanistan, Burma, Chad, Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela.

President Donald Trump has paused all migration from third world countries and ordered an audit of green card holders from 19 countries as part of his response to a terror attack in Washington D.C. which left a National Guard soldier dead

The extraordinary measures come after 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal allegedly shot two National Guardsmen who were on duty near the White House, leaving 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom dead and 24-year-old Andrew Wolfe fighting for his life.

Trump humiliated a reporter in a scathing dressing down calling her a ‘stupid person’ after she questioned Trump’s claims that Biden was to blame for the tragedy, and noted it was actually his administration which vetted Lakanwal and granted him asylum.

‘Actually, your DOJ IG just reported this year that there was thorough vetting by DHS and by the FBI of these Afghans who were brought into the U.S.,’ the reporter said. ‘So why do you blame the Biden administration for what this man did?’

Trump was outraged by her line of questioning, instantly firing back: ‘Are you stupid?’

‘Because they let them in. Are you stupid? Are you a stupid person?’ he said. ‘They came in on a plane along with thousands of other people that shouldn’t be here and you’re just asking questions because you’re a stupid person.’

After delivering his scathing rebuke, Trump turned his attention back to his sweeping immigration security review, which could impact tens of thousands of legal residents.

Federal officials describe it as a ‘full scale, rigorous’ process and a dramatic escalation triggered by Wednesday’s deadly attack.

The announcements come on a dramatic day where the president earlier had to deliver the devastating news that Beckstrom had succumbed to her injuries on a live-streamed phone call with service members.

‘Just seconds before I went on, right now, I heard that Sarah Beckstrom of West Virginia, one of the guardsmen that we were talking about, highly respected, young, magnificent person… outstanding in every way, she’s just passed away,’ he said.

‘She’s no longer with us. She’s looking down on us right now. Her parents are with her. It’s just happened. She was savagely attacked, she’s dead.’

In Trump’s furious rant against Biden on Thursday night, he vowed to ‘terminate all of the millions of Biden illegal admissions, including those signed by Sleepy Joe Biden’s Autopen.’

He also said he would ‘remove anyone who is not a net asset to the United States, or is incapable of loving our Country, end all Federal benefits and subsidies to noncitizens of our Country, denaturalize migrants who undermine domestic tranquility, and deport any Foreign National who is a public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western Civilization.

‘These goals will be pursued with the aim of achieving a major reduction in illegal and disruptive populations, including those admitted through an unauthorized and illegal Autopen approval process.’

He lamented the census data which revealed there are 53 million foreigners in America, claiming ‘most of which are on welfare, from failed nations, or from prisons, mental institutions, gangs, or drug cartels.

‘They and their children are supported through massive payments from Patriotic American Citizens who, because of their beautiful hearts, do not want to openly complain or cause trouble in any way, shape, or form.’

Trump said everyday Americans ‘put up with what has happened to our Country, but it’s eating them alive to do so!’

‘This refugee burden is the leading cause of social dysfunction in America, something that did not exist after World War II (Failed schools, high crime, urban decay, overcrowded hospitals, housing shortages, and large deficits, etc.)
