Trump Slams Fox News, Calls for Removal of ‘Real Loser’ Host in Fiery Critique

In a recent social media outburst, former President Donald Trump criticized Fox News hosts Shannon Bream and Jessica Tarlov, specifically targeting Tarlov and calling for her removal from the network. This demand came late Monday night via a post on Truth Social.

Trump’s post was directed towards Fox executives, urging them to remove Tarlov from the airwaves. He described her as “one of the worst ‘personalities’ on television” and accused her of spreading falsehoods. “People cannot stand watching her,” Trump asserted in his message.

Jessica Tarlov, known for her liberal viewpoints, regularly appears as a co-host on Fox News’ talk show “The Five.” She often critiques the former president during her segments, contributing to the show’s diverse political discourse.

The tension between Trump and Tarlov heightened following Trump’s incendiary remarks directed at Iran over the weekend. In a post on X, Tarlov labeled Trump’s behavior as an embarrassment, further escalating their ongoing feud.

Last month, Tarlov was absent during a group interview with Trump conducted over the phone on “The Five.” This absence led Trump to question whether it was a decision made by Tarlov herself or the Fox News network.

“The Five” co-host Jesse Watters asked Trump to come back on the show, saying, “Because we really want you to sit next to Jessica. I think you’d be a good influence on her.”

Trump quickly jabbed, “I watch Jessica, and I’m not a fan,” accusing the liberal TV personality of using “fake” polling numbers, like a presidential approval rating of just 42%.

He added: “I’m sure I’d like her, I’m sure she’s a lovely person, she’s just not for me.”

Watters joked, “I get it, we’re working on her, don’t worry.”

Trump then questioned her absence from the interview, saying, “Now tell me, did she not want to do it or did you kick her off the show?”

“We didn’t kick her off. She had a previous schedule she couldn’t change,” Watters replied.

Tarlov later shared a clip of the interview in a post on X, writing, “Was so bummed to miss the show today! But I definitely would’ve said he’s even inflating his numbers to 42%!”

In his Truth Social post Monday night, Trump also took aim at Bream, who hosts “Fox News Sunday” and is also the network’s chief legal correspondent.

“Tell Shannon Bream of FoxNews [sic] that it’s not the Save Act, it’s the Save America Act, a big difference!” Trump wrote. “Also, when she insists on having lightweight Democrat Congressmen, such as Jake Auchincloss, on her not very hard hitting show, she should correct them when they spew out Democrat propaganda and lies. She never does!”

After passing through the House, the SAVE Act, also known as the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act or the SAVE America Act, has been stuck in the Senate despite the president urging representatives to vote through the legislation.

The new legislation would require Americans to show a photo ID when voting in-person or by mail, and to prove they are citizens when they register to vote.

Trump’s criticism was also aimed at Bream’s recent interview with Rep. Jake Auchincloss (D-Mass.), who argued on the show that the White House has no real plan to end the war in Iran.
