In a statement released early Saturday, former President Donald Trump declared that Iran would face severe repercussions imminently. He shared this announcement on his social media platform, Truth Social.
Trump indicated that new “areas and groups of people” are slated to be targeted, which have not yet been affected.
This development follows Iran’s announcement of a halt to its attacks on neighboring countries, contingent on these nations refraining from engaging in attacks against Iran.
Reacting to this, Trump commented, “Iran, currently facing significant hardships, has issued an apology and surrendered to its Middle Eastern neighbors, pledging to cease hostilities against them.”
Meanwhile, Lebanon’s Health Ministry reported that Israeli airstrikes have resulted in 41 fatalities, including three members of the Lebanese military, and have injured 40 individuals.
Trump responded by saying, “Iran, which is being beat to HELL, has apologized and surrendered to its Middle East neighbors, and promised that it will not shoot at them anymore.”
