A bill compelling the U.S. Department of Justice to disclose all documents related to the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein is set to reach the President’s desk, coinciding with President Trump’s dinner with the Saudi crown prince.

On Tuesday, the Senate passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act through unanimous consent, bypassing a roll call vote. The decision came just hours after the House of Representatives approved the measure with overwhelming support.

In the House, only Congressman Clay Higgins of Louisiana opposed the bill. He expressed his concerns on social media, arguing that the legislation “abandons 250 years of criminal justice procedure in America.”

Higgins warned, “If enacted in its current form, this kind of broad release of criminal investigative files to an eager media will undoubtedly harm innocent people.”

President Donald Trump now has the power to make all the files public, following his repeated pledges for complete transparency. This comes after months of intense negotiations with House Republicans over the bill’s most sensitive aspects.

Aides had planned to give Trump the option to sign the bill Tuesday night, on or off camera, or to do so Wednesday morning, CNN reports.

But the president has a packed schedule Tuesday evening as he hosts Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman at the White House.

Meanwhile, the president took to his Truth Social page, asking his fellow Republicans to remember their victories since he took office in January.

‘I don’t care when the Senate passes the House Bill, whether tonight, or at some other time in the near future, I just don’t want Republicans to take their eyes off all of the Victories that we’ve had,’ Trump wrote before rattling off his achievements. 

He has said he would support the measure in a stunning reversal on Monday night after spending the weekend hitting out at Republican Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie for supporting the passage of the bill.

The president claimed in a Truth Social post he had ‘nothing to hide’ while insisting the entire saga was a ‘hoax.’ 

‘House Republicans should vote to release the Epstein files,’ he wrote.

‘We have nothing to hide, and it´s time to move on from this Democrat Hoax perpetrated by Radical Left Lunatics in order to deflect from the Great Success of the Republican Party.’

The president went on to note that his Department of Justice has already turned over tens of thousands of pages on Epstein – and hinted that the files could potentially damage Democrat enemies like Summers, Bill Clinton and Reid Hoffman. 

He wrote: ‘The House Oversight Committee can have whatever they are legally entitled to, I DON’T CARE!’

But there had been concerns that the president may be named in the trove of documents in the Department of Justice’s custody related to the late financier.

Trump’s association with Epstein has been well-established, with flight logs showing the president flew on his private jet four times in the mid-1990s.

He was even cited in thousands of pages of documents the Republican-led House Oversight Committee released last week, which included a 2019 email that Epstein wrote to a journalist claiming Trump ‘knew about the girls.’

The statement seemed to contradict the president’s claims that he had cut ties with the financier and was not aware of Epstein’s illegal activity. 

The president also lashed out as Massie and Greene pushed members of their party to vote in favor of the Epstein Files Transparency Act over the weekend.

On Friday, Trump declared he was ‘unendorsing’ Greene for re-election in Georgia, claiming she has ‘gone Far Left’ and became ‘a ranting lunatic.’ 

He also launched a blistering attack on Massie’s recent marriage.

‘Did Thomas Massie, sometimes referred to as Rand Paul Jr., because of the fact that he always votes against the Republican Party, get married already??? Boy, that was quick!’ wrote Trump, who himself has been married three times.

‘No wonder the Polls have him at less than an 8% chance of winning the Election,’ he added. ‘Anyway, have a great life Thomas and (?). His wife will soon find out that she’s stuck with a LOSER!’

His comments came less than two weeks after Massie and Moffa married in Pennsylvania, a ceremony held just one year after Massie lost his wife, Rhonda – the mother of their four children.

Still, Massie and Greene were able to gain enough support from their party that the bill passed overwhelmingly.

In the House, Rep. Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, declared that the Epstein vote is ending a ‘White House cover-up.’

‘Donald Trump is panicking and trying to stop our investigation. We need to know what he’s hiding, and what powerful men are responsible for the rape and abuse of children and women.’

He added, ‘Let’s be clear – Donald Trump has the power to release the files today. But he chooses to delay and deflect.’

‘No more lies. No more secrets. We will get justice for the survivors. Release the files, NOW.’

Maryland Democrat Representative Jamie Raskin also called on Donald Trump to release the Epstein files immediately.

‘We want the whole truth to come out,’ Raskin said. ‘Even the British Monarchy wouldn’t put up with this. How about the American democracy? How about we say: “No way we’re not going to allow this cover-up to go on for one day more.”‘

Once the bill arrived in the Senate Tuesday afternoon, Senate Democratic Minority Leader Chuck Schumer asked for unanimous consent to pass the Epstein files bill, which just passed in the House.

“This is about giving the American people the transparency they have been crying for,” Schumer noted. “The American people have waited long enough. Jeffrey Epstein’s victims have waited long enough. Let the truth come out.”

Without any objections raised, the measure passed.
