Tara Reid was caught on video consuming an entire bottle of white wine before losing consciousness at a hotel in Chicago, in what she later described as a drink-spiking incident, as reported by the Daily Mail.
The footage reveals that the American Pie star drank significantly more than the single glass she mentioned in her police statement.
This evidence raises further skepticism about her allegation that her drink was spiked after she left it unguarded at the hotel bar.
The video does not show any indication of tampering with her initial glass of wine or the subsequent four glasses she ordered on the night of November 22 at the DoubleTree Chicago O’Hare Airport hotel in Rosemont, Illinois.
The findings align with local law enforcement’s conclusion that they found ‘no criminal act’ occurred at the venue.
Reid – who waited two days before filing a police report – has not returned requests for comment.

Newly-released 911 audio obtained by the Daily Mail reveals just how chaotic the scene was as the incident captured on surveillance footage unfolded at the Doubletree hotel in Rosemont, Illinois
Reid, 50, has a history of drinking problems, having checked herself into a Malibu rehab facility in 2008 for alcohol-abuse issues and later saying that stint saved her life.
Since then, media coverage has linked her to partying and erratic behavior, suggesting she may have relapsed.
That seems to have been the case the weekend before Thanksgiving when Reid was at the airport hotel ahead of a scheduled appearance at a celebrity meet-and-greet.
By her account, she checked into the DoubleTree, went to the lobby bar, ordered a single glass of wine, left it at the bar to smoke outside and returned to find it covered with a napkin.
‘Then the last thing I remember was drinking that drink and seeing a couple sitting next to us. The next thing I remember was waking up in the hospital around 8 hours or more later not knowing where I was or anything that happened.
‘I completely blacked out with no recollection of anything. I don’t remember leaving the hotel I don’t remember being in the ambulance or anything,’ reads her November 25 incident report.

The video contradicts Reid’s account that her drink was spiked

In a news interview, she urged viewers to protect their cocktails from being spiked.
‘For all, not just for girls, but for guys, for anyone, you have to really be careful with your drink. I mean, I mean, for that to make me pass out for eight hours, I mean that’s crazy,’ she told TMZ.
But surveillance video shows that Reid arrived at the DoubleTree bar at 10.37pm wearing a black Adidas sweat suit with pink stripes, Uggs snow boots, a black ski cap and a black brace on her left hand.
She drank most of the first glass of wine in what looked like big swigs before stepping away from the bar and apparently signaling that she’d be back.
Four minutes later, one of the bartenders put a napkin over her drink to cover it for her.
Reid returned five minutes after that, removed the napkin, took the last sip of that first glass of wine, started chatting with others at the bar and anxiously tapped her fingers as she asked the bartender for another.
She downed that second glass at 10.57pm, and a few minutes later was served a third glass, which she lifted in a toast with a man standing behind her.
They can be seen moving to another part of the bar where they could sit side by side.
Reid ordered a fourth glass of wine, touching the man and holding his hand as they chatted. She seemed to type her phone number into his phone.

The man appeared to wipe tears from her face as she spoke with him. She slumped over the bar as they chatted.
The pair shared photos from their phone. She knocked hers on the floor at one point and he bent down to fetch it for her. She drank her fourth glass of wine and rummaged through her purse as things fell out of it.
They high-fived, held hands and hugged as they talked, and she drank her fifth glass of wine – again, downing it like water – before the bar closed at midnight. Bars normally serve five glasses from a standard bottle of wine.
A video shows Reid struggling to put on her coat and the man helping her as they left.
On a different surveillance camera, Reid can be seen stumbling in the hotel lobby, then leaving with the same man, his hand on her back, through a revolving door in which she seemed to fall to the ground as it rotated.
He helped her up and they smoked outside for about 15 minutes before returning to the lobby surrounded by a few people, including a security guard.
Reid wobbled, and the man she had been drinking and smoking with helped her sit on the floor. Another man got a bottle of water from the front desk and handed it to her
Her drinking buddy can be seen lifting her into a wheelchair, which the security guard rolled across the lobby. Reid, slumped, fell out of the chair at 12.33am.
A hotel employee helped transfer her to another wheelchair a few minutes later and Reid can be seen being wheeled toward the hotel elevator.
‘We have a guest here who is really inebriated and she needs help from the hospital,’ the female employee can be heard on a 911 recording obtained by the Daily Mail. ‘She can barely stand. She can barely sit in a wheelchair.’
‘She goes unresponsive and she wakes up.’
‘Miss Reid, Miss Reid,’ the employee can be heard saying to the actress, who is mumbling in the background the hallway outside her fourth-floor hotel room.
Reid, a former child star, found fame as Vicky (front middle) in the hit 1999 raunchy comedy American Pie
The New Jersey native went on to star on the big screen in Josie and the Pussycats in 2001 then Van Wilder the following year
‘She’s a celebrity, just so you know,’ the employee tells the 911 operator. ‘We don’t want to leave her in the room, and she gets up and she falls and done something to herself. It’s really bad.’
Another surveillance video shows Reid being put on a gurney and wheeled out of the lobby by paramedics shortly before 1am in an incident the 911 dispatcher labeled ‘intoxicated female.’
Red flags about Reid’s ordeal became clear the day after her hospitalization when she told TMZ that doctors said she had been drugged, but she acknowledged not inquiring about what exactly her drink had been spiked with.
‘No, I didn’t ask. It was all kind of vague. It was all, like, very blurry. Do you know what I mean?’ she said in a video in which she still seemed off-kilter. ‘I can’t even explain it because I don’t even know what happened.’
Briefly a sex symbol in the 1990s, Reid had lead roles in movies such as Urban Legend, Body Shots, Josie and the Pussycats, Van Wilder, My Boss’s Daughter, Alone in the Dark and had a supporting role in The Big Lebowski.
In interviews, Reid has said she felt misjudged by Hollywood and the media – that the party-girl image they portrayed overshadowed her work and complicated her efforts to maintain sobriety.
