Since his inauguration just six months ago, President Donald Trump’s stylish aides have consistently accompanied him, seemingly adhering to an unspoken dress code.

Women in Trump’s administration, such as Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, appear to gravitate towards certain designers for their public appearances.

Over the past few months, the women have all been spotted in the designers Veronica Beard, Maje and Sandro – as well as Zara.

Their looks are preppy, polished, and put-together for their roles on Capitol Hill – and not to mention, quite expensive.

A favored choice among these women seems to be Veronica Beard, a U.S. ready-to-wear brand established by sisters-in-law Veronica Miele Beard and Veronica Swanson Beard.

In late July, Noem sported a light pink, tweed blazer by the brand, known as their classic Dickey jacket, which comes in a variety of materials and colors.

Noem wore the jacket to meet with Senator Katie Britt, Chair of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security, pairing it over a plain, black silk dress.

Unfortunately, her exact model is now sold out, but it once retailed for $700.

In 2018, First Lady Melania Trump even stepped out in an army-green jacket by Veronica Beard

The Dickey jacket seems to be a popular pick for the White House glamazons, with United States Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard sporting a navy blue version of the blazer while on the campaign trail in Atlanta this past November.

Donald Trump’s wife, First Lady Melania Trump, has also been known to be a fan of the brand.

In June, Margo Martin, Special Assistant to the President and Communications Advisor, also posted a photo of herself walking by the President’s side while wearing a chic, beige-colored pantsuit by Veronica Beard.

The jacket alone cost nearly $700, while the pants were $498.

British designer Self-Portrait, whose designs can cost upwards of $500, has also become a huge hit with the White House women, as Leavitt often dons their designs to hold press briefings with the media.

In April, Leavitt sported their dark gray, $555 Metallic Bouclé Minidress as she took the podium.

The dress featured a chic, black beaded collar and buttons.

In March, the Press Secretary wore a spring-y, mint green tweed dress also by Self-Portrait, which featured silver bejeweled buttons running down the front.

The garment had a finishing touch with multiple pockets – two by the breast, and two at the waist.

Self-Portrait was also the designer that Leavitt chose to wear to the 2025 annual White House Easter Egg Roll, where she appeared with her husband Nicholas Riccio, 59, and their one-year-old son, Nico.

The elegant frock was made of Tiffany box blue lace, and included a square neckline, bedazzled buttons and pockets, and a thin blue belt.

The dress no longer appears to be for sale, but similar dresses by the designer typically retail for over $600.

At last year’s Miami Open, she shined in a lemon yellow, ruffled, long sleeve knit dress from the brand, which retailed for $555.

But Self-Portrait isn’t the only European designer that the Trump ladies are a fan of.

Both Martin and Leavitt have been proven to be loyal fans of French designers Maje and Sandro for their everyday looks.

In a recent day-in-the-life vlog that she posted this summer, Martin was seen getting dressed in a $430 navy blue, tweed dress that featured a denim skirt and lapels by designer Sandro.

She’s also been seen in snaps sporting a long, white knit dress with denim detailing on the sleeves and chest by Sandro, upwards of $300.

Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, was also seen in the same dress last March, except hers was a light, powder blue color instead of white.

In June, Leavitt wore a hot pink, tweed wrap dress with hints of purple and red threading by designer Maje to speak to pools of reporters at The White House, pairing the look with bright, patent-leather magenta stilettos.

The short-sleeved dress, which also featured an open back and three gold buttons at its side, but is no longer available to purchase on the designer’s website.

In a recent Instagram photo, Leavitt also posed in a $565 tweed mini dresss by Maje, as she stood alongside her glamorous Trump aides Martin and Meghan Bauer, cheekily captioning the snap, ‘West Wing girls.’

However, it’s not all designer all the time for the Trump aides.

Both Leavitt and Martin have also been known to opt for more affordable clothing options, from stores like Zara or Abercrombie & Fitch.

In fact, Leavitt sported a deep magenta pantsuit from Zara to her first-ever press briefing in January.

The matching pants were also on sale for $19.96.

As Trump’s Presidential term continues, it will be interesting to see which other luxurious designers the team decides to add to their wardrobes – and which brand could be the next big thing on Capitol Hill.
